They set the bar high for customer service and surpassed it! Communication was exceptional even before pick-up and continuing throughout the trip and after drop off. Will not be trying any of the other rental car companies. Thank you for making my trip less stressful!

I didnt get the guys name at this place. But he mentioned his brother lived in NY, he was great, helped us ASAP. We had to stop as an emergency to change cars due to having the check engine in the prior car. And in less than 20 minutes we were on our way. The car is great, and no issues.

They were very nice and friendly I explained that I needed a pickup truck for my husband since that was what was in an accident. They assured me that they would have it ready for me at pick up time. They did and thank you for that Enterprise.
