“Jade was wonderful with helping us find the perfect mattress for my elderly parents. Very knowledgeable on all the different mattress types and the benefits to the human body. She was very patient with us as we took a little longer than normal since my dad is in a wheelchair. My mom laid on about 20 different beds in the store asked 1 million questions and Jade was very patient and kind. My dad liked her boots and her sense of humor. I will definitely be referring people to meet with Jade at mattress firm to find their perfect fit.”

“I've unfortunately had a couple of issues with my bed during my time as a customer. Every time that I have had any issues, no matter what time, what day, or how busy he was, Jason, the store manger made sure that all of my issues were resolved! Immediately. A couple of nights ago, which was four nights before Christmas, I came to the store because I had an issue with my box spring. Jason fixed the issue Immediately, no questions asked. He had a brand new box spring sent to my house, and installed that very same evening. I am truly touched by his dedication to his employees, and his dedication to customer service. “My couch that I was renting from Aaron’s broke when I sat on it. It was a piece of preowned furniture that had a rip. Well they use a 3rd party company for that type of repair. They couldn’t come out for over a month, then when they did show up they were 2 hours past the given window and were inside my home for less than 5 minutes. All the ‘repair man’ said was “it’s broke, I’ll let them know”. The store said that there was nothing they could do because the company wrote it was caused by ‘abuse of property’. However after asking to speak to the GM they chose to pay off my contract for me! It went from a very bad experience to a 5 star. Will definitely recommend Aaron’s again”
