“My couch that I was renting from Aaron’s broke when I sat on it. It was a piece of preowned furniture that had a rip. Well they use a 3rd party company for that type of repair. They couldn’t come out for over a month, then when they did show up they were 2 hours past the given window and were inside my home for less than 5 minutes. All the ‘repair man’ said was “it’s broke, I’ll let them know”. The store said that there was nothing they could do because the company wrote it was caused by ‘abuse of property’. However after asking to speak to the GM they chose to pay off my contract for me! It went from a very bad experience to a 5 star. Will definitely recommend Aaron’s again”

“I recently had posted a negative rating for Brown Squirrel. Within an hour of posting it, the vice president called and said he was in the process of checking out what had happened because that is not their policy. But, regardless of what had happened, he WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT.
He found the problem and said he would try to see what happened to our set, or, he would meet us personally at the store and we could pick another set. They found our original set and said we could take it, or still come pick another set. We chose our original set and he said he and his whole team would check it out before it shipped. We are going to get our set Friday plus minus the delivery fee we had paid for the damaged product.
To me, Brown Squirrel had gone above and beyond to make everything right!! Thank you Brown Squirrel. We will definitely recommend you to you to anyone, any time”

“My mom and I came in to look at a couch and armchair for my living room. We were helped by Mikayla who was so kind and went over all the options for me on the different bundles they do! We browsed a bit and she would pop over but not too much like at some places where it feel like the salesperson is your shadow. “Individual looking for an at home work chair. Bought a used/refurb steelcase leap v2. I let them know what I was looking for, they told me when it'd be in and let me try some others on the floor. It came in on time as they predicted. Super straight forward as it should be, responsive on the phone, and the ladies were kind enough to show me how everything worked on the chairs and let me look it over. Super low pressure. Warranty a little less than what I cross priced and I would have liked better documentation for it(they do keep it in the system), but I love having someone local to deal with. Hopefully I won't have any problems, but they've been so responsive I don't think I'll have any issues if I do. I will definitely check with them for future needs if this keeps up.”
“SOOOOO happy that Rustic Timber was rude because I wouldn't have found this place to do business with in the end. Both Michael and Amy (I believe that was their name) were extremely helpful and let me take my time in deciding colors for the swivel gliders and table I wanted to purchase. The quality of these products are phenomenal and super comfortable, even without cushions. I was getting so tired of having to replace outdoor furniture and if you do that a couple of times within 5 yrs, you've bought these which will last for 20+ yrs. I only wish I could have taken my purchase home today but it will be worth the wait. “I have been shopping at Mangos since they opened down in Bearden years ago. Yes the store is always full of beautifully unique home furnishings but the most special part of the place is the owner Jennifer. She always goes out of her way for all her clients and greets everyone with her bright smile. I have sent my own clients, friends and family to Mangos and they always mention how wonderful Jennifer and her staff are- I highly recommend a trip to the Lenoir City Mangos- they never disappoint!”

Everything seems like it's of a better quality than other places and the style of their home items is nice. I also love their selection of card and board games. Over all just a cute place to shop.”

“This is the smallest Target I've been to, but one of the mightiest in terms of cleanliness of the space and friendliness of the staff. My friend and I arrived on a Friday morning, grabbed coffee at the inside Starbucks and got our shop-on. The customer service area (for pickups and returns) is not its own room and space, but a desk by checkout lanes, as a heads up. Note that because of the size of the store, selection is more limited and the spaces are more challenging to navigate with so much stuffed in aisles. The most noticeably lacking area was the dollar bin area in the front, followed by a smaller houseware area. Otherwise, there were many treasures to be found. Did I NEED new goodies? Nope. Did I buy them anyway? Yup. My husband had been searching high and low for sunglasses and couldn't find any in stock anywhere. There was a sizable selection here. yay! This, and some trendy/affordable work clothes were fabulous, as well as a great variety of hair and skin care products. If you are traveling and need small toiletries, I have never seen a selection as large as Target's. I also am in awe about the huge amount of board game options at Target. The only negative-check out...why have only one human check out lane open and a few self-checkout stations, both with enormous lines? My friend and I had glorious clearance items that would not ring up properly and triggered a worker to come over. I would love more human-run registers instead of self-checkout, pretty please.”

“I went to Target on Washington rd this morning and I was looking for some cuticle oil and a real nice associate helped me find it. Then I went over to the glamour section they have to look at thier lipsticks I was so frustrated at not finding the right shade for me just then a beautiful and sweet Target associate saw me and came over and she spent at least 10 minutes with me helping me find just the right color for me. I had a great experience thanks to the associate's that helped me.”

Yesterday their mobile app went down and it wasn’t showing an order I had placed so I called the store and talked to this young lady in the pick up dept. She was so nice and so apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. I wish I knew her name so I could recognize her.”
“My boyfriend and I checked out three different hot tub stores in Knoxville before going to The Great Backyard Place. They had the best deals by far. Bill is an easy going salesman who isn’t pushy and lets you take your time. We told him we’d sleep on it, and when we got to the car I came right back inside because I knew this was the deal for me and didn’t want to wait. Yesterday my hot tub got delivered and I am obsessed. The delivery was extremely professional and a very personable delivery team. I could not be happier with my entire experience at The Great Backyard Place and how seamless the whole process was. Owning my own hot tub has been a lifelong dream of mine and now it’s finally real!”
