“I recently had posted a negative rating for Brown Squirrel. Within an hour of posting it, the vice president called and said he was in the process of checking out what had happened because that is not their policy. But, regardless of what had happened, he WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT.
He found the problem and said he would try to see what happened to our set, or, he would meet us personally at the store and we could pick another set. They found our original set and said we could take it, or still come pick another set. We chose our original set and he said he and his whole team would check it out before it shipped. We are going to get our set Friday plus minus the delivery fee we had paid for the damaged product.
To me, Brown Squirrel had gone above and beyond to make everything right!! Thank you Brown Squirrel. We will definitely recommend you to you to anyone, any time”
“My mom and I came in to look at a couch and armchair for my living room. We were helped by Mikayla who was so kind and went over all the options for me on the different bundles they do! We browsed a bit and she would pop over but not too much like at some places where it feel like the salesperson is your shadow. In the end we settled on a lovely set quick and easy with a delivery date already open that worked perfectly for me!”

“When I am visiting Knoxville, one of my favorite places to shop. They have everything! It's many small businesses houses in one place. I would love to have a location at the Johnson City Mall. There is a huge space available for it and our area could fill it up! My favorite shopping booth is the one I have photos of. Best place for gifts, additions to your office! “I wish they wouldn't advertise that stuff is on sale with signs saying 40% off on everything because the price marked is the price you pay as there is no markdown at the register. I understand why they have been sued so many times for misadvertising. On a separate note the prices are still fair and I found what I was looking for so can't complain about that. Just be mindful the sale signs are not for additional markdown as the price on the item is what.ypu pay for everything they sell.”

“I have been shopping at Mangos since they opened down in Bearden years ago. Yes the store is always full of beautifully unique home furnishings but the most special part of the place is the owner Jennifer. She always goes out of her way for all her clients and greets everyone with her bright smile. I have sent my own clients, friends and family to Mangos and they always mention how wonderful Jennifer and her staff are- I highly recommend a trip to the Lenoir City Mangos- they never disappoint!”

“My family loves to shop here, you can literally buy for the entire family, house hold items, or even holiday themed items all marked down. You might have to spend time looking through the stuff because there is a lot- it is a big store, But there are some good finds!”
“They just opened their store (again!) around the corner from where they used to be. I just love going in here and seeing all the different pieces from people all over Knoxville. It’s a cute store with lots of goodies from baby clothes, dog accessories, jewelry, home decor and everything else! I always get cute things as gifts for friends and family from here. Great selection for local goods!The only thing I think this store lacks is a welcoming environment. I’ve never once been greeted when I’ve gone in and they always just stay behind the desk even if you’re the only one in the store.”
“The owner and her husband at Resurrected Relics are super friendly and do great work. I called the shop looking for somone to do furniture repair. We had an expensive cabinet we had purchased at a steal that had broken at the seams. I explained we didn't want to spend a fortune on repair and we weren't even sure it was worth fixing.
She had me send pictures through texts and was happy to give us an estimate based on what they felt needed to be done. Drop off was quick and easy at their shop and they had it done in a day. I met them both when we picked it up and they were great at explaining all the work that went in to tightening it up and all the extra support they had added on the underside.
We couldn't be happier with their work! They did even more work than expected and even stained the bottom to match the piece and didn't charge a penny more than the estimate!
Their shop is full of unique treasures and they do wonderful, quality furniture repair at an affordable price. Thank you Resurrected Relics for saving our piece! 😊”

“Typically, a little bit messy, but that’s just Ross for you had some pretty neat things nothing that really stood out although my girlfriend did find a Ed Hardy bag that she liked wasn’t necessarily for us, but I would say it’s a great store I had to do a return here and it went smooth. I do appreciate that.”
