“When it was time for a new bed, we went to Sleep Number in Farragut. The sales person made us feel comfortable with our decision. She answered all of our questions and helped us choose the right bed for us. On the day of the delivery, the setup crew was professional and setup our bed in short-time. Our previous bed was a Sleep Number and I will never own another brand.”

“What a cute spot. There is one side with home goods, while the other side of the building is a coffee shop with large seating area. There are numerous tables, including some for larger groups, making this a UT student study hotspot. There are also comfy seat options throughout and of course, coffee, tea, and food galore. The food options are limited but there are an abundance of flavor options for your drinks. Cost is average for the area. Service was very friendly. The only "meh" factors- my wait was fairly lengthy for my unflavored hot latte and parking can be challenging, as they don't have a designated lot. My coffee was fine. Nothing amazing, but I enjoyed the thick foam on my latte. I would definitely come back here, especially when UTK is on breaks and it is less busy.”

“"Have faith, Susan will find it", this was an excellent experience in every way.I bought an Amish table and my budget could not afford the Amish chairs. I figured we could find lower costs chairs elsewhere, and I set out to look for chairs everywhere. During my chair hunt I realized that good chairs are fairly pricey and I did not like the lower cost chairs. I went everywhere, finally I stumbled into Ethan Allen of all places, I knew EA had quality chairs and it wouldn’t be low cost but maybe I could find some ideas. I met an awesome associate Susan, I told her hastily I was just looking. She remained respectful and not pushy. Then as I exited, I found the Clinton bench and I just loved loved loved it. It was on clearance but sold. Susan said she could call around and possibly find another, I said sure, but I had low expectations.A few days later I received the call from Susan, she found it ! Great, now I was on the hunt to find chairs to coordinate with the beautiful bench, and none at other places seemed to be good fit to go with the very fine well made Clinton Bench. So, a week or two later, I went back to Susan at Eathan Allen. I presented what I could and could not afford, she gracefully understood and was so very helpful! She helped me design and did a house visit, I learned I had some good affordable choices at Eathan Allen ! I told her what I preferred and of course, on sale, but only 2 chairs were available locally. I let her know I was willing to drive to other locations to avoid a delivery charge.Susan again called other locations and found my last 2 chairs to complete my table set and stay within my budget. Ethan Allen was creative and made my access to other stores simple and complete. I am so delighted with the Knoxville Ethan Allen store and Susan. I made multiple trips to this store, each time Susan was all smiles and greeted me at the entrance. She knew my name and I never had to explain, she understood. There was never any pressure for us to finalize our decision. Thank you Susan for being patient and making my purchase of dining room chairs complete, and a wonderful experience.”

“This place is much larger than it appears from the road. It looks like a small shop with a small parking lot that's often full. I did not realize that there's lots more parking along the side of the building as well as in the back, nor did I realize that the vintage booths inside would seem to go on forever. It's easy to spend hours here just looking at all the fascinating things. Each booth is unique not only in what it offers for purchase but in aesthetic as well. Lots of creative displays, so many colors, so much to look at and discover.”

My latest purchase was an antique Singer sewing machine. Lovingly restored by C & S Refinishing and Upholstery. They were impressed by the high quality of the piece. Worth mentioning this is a family business and another great reason to shop local.”

“We have shopped at Nadeau several times over the past few years and love their collection. The prices are reasonable and the pieces we have purchased are beautiful and well constructed. We tend to lean more industrial/rustic with our home and they have plenty that fits our aesthetic perfectly. We have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful. “I swear, I’ve never been to an Earthbound where everyone wasn’t incredibly nice and chill ? But this location really stood out to me, EVERY ONE of the staff was so cool and helpful! I got at outfit to wear on Christmas Eve and Luna helped me out so much. I didn’t catch one person’s name but they were awesome as well! This location didn’t have a huge selection like some stores but I found what I needed so that’s all that matters, ha! I’ll be back soon for sure, I just wanted to leave a nice review literally right after shopping there because I was so touched by the service and by the adorable outfit I found! Thank you so much!!!”

“This Ross is not as stocked as the one in Sevierville, but it is better organized, and cleaner. You can always find something special at Ross. They usually have lavender doggie wipes 120 count for 3.99 or 4.99. Most other places for the same brands are 6.99 to 10.99. ( nice savings) they also have good solid toys for pets. And again sometimes I find converse high tops, I love half the price of Kohl's etc... Candles, soy half the price of other places, the same brand. It's so fun, to look for the treasures. The help is nice and helpful!”
