“I came in to return/exchange a pillow I ordered online through Sleep Number. I spoke with Paula and was able to try some different pillows in store. I ended up finding a contour pillow that felt perfect for my body type. Paula was able to fit me for the pillow and make the process super easy. When it's time for a new mattress, we will have to look at Sleep Number first! If you need a mattress or need to be fitted for a pillow, come see Paula at this location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend these guys!”

While we were eating lunch this place caught my eye and it helped that the gal at the register recommended.As we entered we saw cool stuff all around, and noted people rented spaces, and each space was fun! Lots of new clothing, signs, hand made items etc... Decorated to draw you into their spaces. Very clean, something for everyone, prices were moderate.”

“This is our favorite dollar general location. This location is by far the cleanest and well packed location we have been to. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. This location has a small town feel where you are recognized when you come in. “I could spend $1,000 easily in this place. Their selection of food and drink from all over the world will make you feel like Wonka just took your golden ticket and let you into the factory.
They also have a very nice home decor section, but I only ever go to buy snacks from all over the world and to try sodas that are made very differently for what we are used to.
Pay them a visit and I promise that you'll wander from shelf to shelf, taking a trip to exotic lands just by looking at what they offer.”

“They just opened their store (again!) around the corner from where they used to be. I just love going in here and seeing all the different pieces from people all over Knoxville. It’s a cute store with lots of goodies from baby clothes, dog accessories, jewelry, home decor and everything else! I always get cute things as gifts for friends and family from here. Great selection for local goods!The only thing I think this store lacks is a welcoming environment. I’ve never once been greeted when I’ve gone in and they always just stay behind the desk even if you’re the only one in the store.”
“Not what I was expecting. Warehouse feel with decent stuff but I felt a little pricey for the quality. I will say that the staff was very helpful when my friend found a side table she liked. Problem was she wanted a pair and the store only had 1 boxed. The floor model had a scratch so the employee searched their other store in Chattanooga on his phone where it said 1 was available.
We just didn't want to drive that far so unfortunately we passed on the table. Customer service was great though.”

“I recently had posted a negative rating for Brown Squirrel. Within an hour of posting it, the vice president called and said he was in the process of checking out what had happened because that is not their policy. But, regardless of what had happened, he WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT.
He found the problem and said he would try to see what happened to our set, or, he would meet us personally at the store and we could pick another set. They found our original set and said we could take it, or still come pick another set. We chose our original set and he said he and his whole team would check it out before it shipped. We are going to get our set Friday plus minus the delivery fee we had paid for the damaged product.
To me, Brown Squirrel had gone above and beyond to make everything right!! Thank you Brown Squirrel. We will definitely recommend you to you to anyone, any time”
