“The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The price was actually better than other hotels in that area. Free breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was free.”
“Great location, literally across the street from the airport. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.
My room, unfortunately, was not very clean. The floor was very sticky. The bathroom was not as clean as I would like it to be. The worst part was what I think is termites on the window sill. Felt a couple of them walking on me while in bed.
Also, I had to go to the front desk to ask them to change the body wash bottle in the shower, and the lady just handed me a new bottle. Don't get me wrong, she solved the issue of the empty bottle, but good service would've been to send someone to replace it.
I will stay here again due to the proximity and ease of access to the airport.”

“There was a system outage upon trying to check in. The front desk team apologized for the inconvenience and worked hard to get the system fixed. Once it was back up they proceeded to check in those who were waiting. They gave excellent customer service. The rooms were excellent.”
