“Very quiet, comfortable stay at Candlewood Suites in Knoxville last night. Very close to Knoxville Airport. So quiet....didn't hear any planes. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Shower was very good. Tracy at front desk was so nice and sweet, as was the lady who checked us in. They have bean to cup coffee in lobby. Thank you!”
“Convenient for the Knoxville airport and appreciate that they allow extended vehicle parking for a reasonable fee. The airport can be noisy but there are few overnight flights. Lobby is nice and breakfast is better than what many hotels offer. We stay here frequently.”

“There was a system outage upon trying to check in. The front desk team apologized for the inconvenience and worked hard to get the system fixed. Once it was back up they proceeded to check in those who were waiting. They gave excellent customer service. The rooms were excellent.”
