“New management is a joke, the music sucks! My son went in to use my employee discount and he was told no that I had to be there with him which is complete bs because he live under my roof still. These people need to get a clue. Bring back the old team that actually cared about the store. Braden doesn't do anything but walk around or stay cooped up in the back room, at least the old team kept the store beautiful....it looks like a trash can now. Pretty damn sad. Rob is great though.”
“Always looked in the catalog and liked what I seen. Went into the store and it's very nice. Definitely quality well constructed clothing but in this economy I just can't pay those prices. The underwear looked comfy so I figured lets have a look. One pair depending on style is $25 to $30 bucks. A baseball cap is like $30 bucks. Add Tennessee sales tax at almost 10% and it's just to steep. I don't doubt it's good clothing but it's not within my budget. If you like L.L.Bean and North Face and can afford it this is the place for you.”

“I went shopping this morning with my niece for a new work wardrobe. We were the first customers in the store. An associate named Lydia greeted us as soon as we walked in. Lydia asked if we were shopping for something special. As soon as I let her know what I was looking for she explained all sections of the store, asked me my Susie and started pulling outfits for me. She was very attentive and made sure to take clothing items I wanted to try on off my hands etc… When we went to the fitting room, Lydia had everything layed out perfectly to alleviate stress. We gave her a pile of clothes we knew I wanted to purchase and she immediately started taking sensors off, organizing and folding them nicely so by the time we were ready to check out she was ready for us. I really appreciated Lydia’s care and attention to all details. I’m very picky so to say this she really is special. I asked if she worked on commission, she said no, but she deserved commission. Lydia said “helping you find what you need is pleasure enough “ I can’t say enough about her. I hope she is recognized for treating her customers as if they were in her home. That girl deserves a bonus. She paid attention but was not annoying in any way or overbearing. Thank you for being there for me today. Clothing can become very stressful, especially when you really need to find something. I will definitely be back!”

“Went into foot locker in west town mall because I was ready to buy the Nike Pegasus premiums and I wanted the black with metallic sliver and they had them! I usally shop at dicks but foot locker is my next store was super glad they have them they are pricy 240$ but so good! And store is so clean and as soon as I picked up the shoe and held it for like 35 sec someone asked me if I needed a size told him got it super fast!! Overall great experience great staff! If u do buy theses shoes i recommend sizes up half a size:)”

“This is my local Old Navy and I go here often. The selection is varied and they are always running deals that range from 20-50% off items in the store. The only issue I've really run into is that, while they may have the items you wanted, they may not have the sizes you need. It is feast or famine with some items having an abundant size range and others only being available in XXL. On the whole though, it isn't enough of an issue for me to stop going. The staff is always helpful and friendly. If you're in the area then I recommend going there.”
