Eve took my auction Lot # and helped quote me on insurance and shipping. She picked the item up for me the next day and shipped it very very well. Double boxed, bubble wrapped, and really seemed to care to help. I highly recommend calling and asking for Eve and using this location for any shipping needs.”

“Since the USPS has become a VERY unfunny joke, you would have to be nuts not to at least consider a drop off point for your snail mail. Mail Center USA, Maryville, Tn was my first choice. The staff there is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to ANYONE living anywhere nearby.”

“Not only was this location open on Sunday but the woman working there looked like she thoroughly had a handle on being the only one there and the store was packed. She had a 6 person line but multi tasked well and had a wonderful attitude. She moved fast and helped us out with returning our Amazon. We will definitely be returning to this location.”

“Unbelievably fantastic customer 5. Why can't every business be this pleasant and efficient? This mother and daughter team run it like pure perfection. They care and they're fast and knowledgeable. I do all my Amazon returns and handle any shipping needs here. Other locations I've been to only pale in comparison. This place is so easy to overlook, like literally I drove past and never knew a UPS store was there. But if you go, you won't spend your time and money anywhere else. This place is truly amazing.”

“I came here because of your recycling policy on ink and old printers today. I liked how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was and that I could find items pretty well.I also love how well kept the store is except for the bathroom. The bathroom today was beyond filthy and it was only 10:30 am on a Saturday morning with not too many customers in the store. That one area is keeping me from giving your location 5 stars sadly. Keep that area presentable as much as possible please and thank you for all of your services today.”

“Had a customer who called in saying they never got their package so I reached out to west coast UPS. Maryville Customer Center called our office in Vegas specifically to let us know he knew what was going on and was going to have a driver go back and redeliver. All of this took maybe 3 hours. They have possibly the most efficient operation I have ever experienced.”
