“I stopped the other day and a couple young people working and gave me a cap that goes on the cable. I said I cut it by mistake and they were very helpful and told me to come back anytime I needed help. I bought a bike and had to put a new derailer on. I tinkered with it this past weekend and knocked a pin out of the chain and could not get it back in so stopped and told myself to take it to the bike shop as they know what they are doing. I took it in today and Mark went above and beyond fixing the chain and doing all adjustments needed. He is very informative and very helpful. He loves what he does and takes pride in it. Very refreshing. I will most definitely be back.”

“Great place for Lady Vols gear. This is associated with Alumni Hall but dedicated to the ladies. Tons of NIL gear for the girls. Get your favorite players shirt or rock out those Volunteer Lite Blue shirts, hates, etc. Love the location here. Very wary to pop in and out without much of a parking issue. Pretty large store for just the women. Lots of kids things too”

“I stopped by here to buy some protective gear for riding my electric unicycle and now I can see why this place has such a high Google score. A very professional young gentleman by the name of Randall helped me with making my purchases for knee pads, elbow pads and a helmet. I’m 50 years old, not exactly a spring chicken anymore, but what I appreciated most was that I felt completely welcomed here. Besides that, these folks have plenty of knowledge and experience in their line of work and they’ve been in business in Knoxville since the 1980’s!”

They typically have a few plus size women's shirts to choose from which is usually hard to find. Their prices are kind of high on some things but then also have things you may not find anywhere else.”

“I have a tack shop for over 20 years. We specialize in used saddles. We have had some Fabtrons over the years & have always gotten good feedback. We let people take used saddles on trial & the only time they've ever come back is when they didn't fit the horse (too narrow/wide). Never a complaint about the quality of the saddle.”

“I was the winner of an auction held by Case Auction House. The item was a large stoneware crock jug. My main concern was that the jug had hair line cracks in it. I made contact with Eve, who works at the UPS Store located at 2024 Town Center Blvd. Knoxville, Tenn. I explained to Eve my concern. Eve pull up a picture and examined the item. Eve assured me that she has an extensive experience with packaging such items and that she would be able to ship it to me undamaged. I contracted her for the job. Eve picked up the item from the auction house and transported it back to the UPS Store. Eve and her colleagues carefully wrapped the item in bubble wrap and double boxed the jug in very thick boxes. Eve shipped it out and provided me with the tracking number. The service was "Top Notch." I received the item, which was wrapped extensively, with NO Damage. I will definitely use the UPS Store and Eve again. I suggest that anybody that need shipping services for delicate item should utilize her.”

“Great owner!prices could be a bit lower but for location it still isn't back he had a reel and pole combo that was left handed and told him I'd love to have it but it was left handed and he pointed out he had a right handed reel put up for it. Man excellent customer service props for that! Lots of hand made gear as well and my favorite googan bait!! I go here very little because of price but always walk out with more then I thought I'd buy and happy about it. If you reading this and you fish a lot it's worth a stop and support a local man and his shop! And if your reading this (owner) know that it takes a lot for me to leave a review on someone and you provide enough for me ill do the same!”

“I ordered mizuno wedges online. They were estimated to arrive a month after I placed the order. I called to cancel my order because of the long delivery time and was told I had to cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. The customer service representative told me to bring them into the store to return them once they arrived. When I tried to do so they told me they were "custom" and could not be returned. When ordering the wedges I had to select grip, shaft, loft, etc. I selected the stock options for each one. So they were not custom. LJ and Isaac called customer support and explained that they were in fact not custom and got them to process my return. Really great customer service. Online store needs to do a better job of determining what is actually custom. The store does not sell Mizuno wedges so I had no choice but to order them online. Can't sing the praises of LJ and Isaac enough.”
