“Once again, I got great service at the Discount Tire in Alcoa. I bought my last set for my truck at a discount tire in New Mexico and they’ve actually lasted five years, but it was time to change them out. I was able to find the tires I wanted and pay for them online, and of course, schedule an appointment. They have the White lettering tires I was looking for. The team there were great, kept me informed of the progress, and install installed the new TPMS sensors that I had purchased. Service was great, the place was clean, and the work was done promptly.”
“Up here on vacation Rav giving me trouble. Maryville location was swamped. So brought it here. Tech was off but Alec offered to hook up to read trouble codes. Number 2 was misfiring. Checked coil they were ok then replaced spark plugs and clean fuel system. Life is good. I retired as former Disney manager Alec exceeded my expectations.”
