“I really like this location. Despite the reviews that you read about the staff here, I personally have never been treated badly. I would say that they buy at least 80% of my stuff every time I come. The downfall to this location is the wait time. I would say it generally takes about 2 to 3 hours if you’re selling stuff. I would highly recommend just dropping your stuff off here and picking it up the next day if you’re on a time limit. I’ve also found some pretty high-quality, barely used, name brand clothing for my daughter here. Overall, I think this Once Upon A Child is worth visiting.”

“The Getalong is such a special place. They have the cutest kids clothes and unique gifts. And also host the best events for kids including music and art classes. Our favorite is their kids Mardi Gras party! The owner is also so kind and helps support the community whenever she can. I promise you will love this place as much as I do the minute you walk in!”

“Kristin who works in the fitting room was extremely helpful and beyond patient with me helping me find the right bathing suits. I’ve never once met someone that was that diligent and patient helping people. It was a real size issue with me and she was able to find the right size and in the right bathing suit after many attempts.”

Unfortunately I do not live locally in the Tennessee area, but her customer service was outstanding, she went through great lengths to ensure my staff had an amazing Holiday Party, with gifts galore, she even went outside of duties to assist me in my purchasing saga! I will most definitely return to this particular location because the customer service is top tier!”
“Had a great experience shopping at Nordstrom with my husband! Eric was amazing and really went above and beyond to help us. Our debit card wasn’t working with the POS system, but instead of giving up on the transaction, he was determined to find a solution. He figured out a way for us to purchase a virtual gift card and then use it to complete our purchase.

“This store is very cute and a must stop when in Nashville. I’ve bought three pairs of earrings from there over the last three visits to Nashville. I actually ended up bringing in a pair I bought about 7 months ago and explained that the clasp had broken on the back of the earring and they replaced it for me. I’ve been able to wear their earrings in the gym, in the shower - no discoloration. Very happy with my earring purchases over the years from here!”

The stores website and voicemail offer selling procedures. I hope I spelled her name right lol but She gave suggestions on what outfits to pick for my son and took the time to inform me about applying for a carters credit card that I was approved for it took 30% off the total and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket that day. She needs a raise because she goes above and beyond with making your experience at carters a good one.”
