“We had the absolute best experience at The Little Cottage Children’s Shop at The Factory this past weekend! From the moment we walked in, the store felt so warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated. Every single item was adorable, unique, and high quality. You can truly tell so much love goes into this shop.
A huge thank you to Elizabeth, who the staff lovingly calls “Ewok.” She was beyond amazing and made our entire experience so special. She helped us pick out the perfect gifts for an upcoming baby shower and was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable the entire time. She had such a genuine personality and made us feel completely taken care of without ever being pushy. It honestly felt like shopping with a friend who has incredible taste.
She helped us put together the sweetest collection of items, and we left feeling so excited about everything we purchased. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it’s the kind of experience that makes you want to come back again and again.
If you are looking for beautiful children’s gifts, baby shower items, or just a wonderful shopping experience in general, this place is an absolute must-visit. We will definitely be back soon! ??✨”

The stores website and voicemail offer selling procedures.
