Within moments of stepping inside, Michelle introduced herself and asked if we need help. We agreed and she walked around with us and took us to the types of tile we were looking for. She scanned and logged out all in on the spot and the order was ready for us when we got to the register. We never had to aimlessly wander and never had to lift a tile.
It was awesome. Jayden was friendly and rang us up and we were gone.”

I shop at the The Good Fill frequently and have converted the majority of my home, bath and body products to The Good Fill. I really enjoy the products, and previously shopped at the West Nashville location.
I recently moved, and my last few trips have been to this location. However, I now purposely drive back across town to the West location, because of the staff here.
I brought some family in last week to share all the products I love and couldn't have been more disappointed with the experience. I understand working during the days leading up to Christmas isn't ideal, but the attitude of the staff member was appalling. She was rude, unhelpful and answered questions from my family with such disdain. Their excitement of shopping at The Good Fill quickly faded, and we wrapped up browsing and left.
I even considered walking back into the store to return everything we purchased because of how icky we felt. Seriously, do better.”

“Although I have shopped here for years, I had never made a large purchase. We needed cabinets for our laundry room and were impressed with the service we received. Paul W. approached us an offered to help. He found everything we needed and when it didn't all fit in my vehicle, he explained that we could put it on will call and pick up within 10 days. When we came back a week later to pick-up, he saw us and came straight over to help again. Everyone who works there was really helpful and friendly. The prices are great but the service is unbeatable.”

It was late in the day and we did not have an appointment, but Jennifer introduced herself and treated us just like a favored customer. She quickly assessed our situation and found several great options we had not seen or considered elsewhere. She informed us of the availability and delivery options to meet our fast-track schedule and continued to be super-responsive and flexible throughout the process. As a result, we would highly recommend Traditions, and Jennifer in particular, for our, or anyone else's, flooring needs in the future.”
“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”
