“Floor and Decor is a very fun and helpful place. Haley the design consultant is really informative and interesting. She walked me around to pick up supplies for my home project and provided really good advice. I highly recommend Floor and Decor. “UPDATE: Editing my review after speaking to Megan. I appreciate her quick response and action here. --- I shop at the The Good Fill frequently and have converted the majority of my home, bath and body products to The Good Fill. I really enjoy the products, and previously shopped at the West Nashville location. I recently moved, and my last few trips have been to this location. However, I now purposely drive back across town to the West location, because of the staff here. I brought some family in last week to share all the products I love and couldn't have been more disappointed with the experience. I understand working during the days leading up to Christmas isn't ideal, but the attitude of the staff member was appalling. She was rude, unhelpful and answered questions from my family with such disdain. Their excitement of shopping at The Good Fill quickly faded, and we wrapped up browsing and left. I even considered walking back into the store to return everything we purchased because of how icky we felt. Seriously, do better.”

“First time experience with Stone World - very pleased! Paige's pride in the company was evident as she walked us through the operation and we viewed the extensive inventory. Our general contractor had already given her some insight to what we were looking for so she had already pulled some examples which saved a lot of time. We were able to get on their schedule for the measurements and installation much more quickly than we expected. The measurement team was punctual and precise. Ivan and his installation crew were punctual and precise in their work. It has been a pleasure to work with Stone World!”

Both Lauren and Tori went out of their way to ensure that we found a slab that we loved while staying close to our budget, and even went as far as providing an alternative when we ran into complications. “American Pipe and Supply treated me like family. Great people, fair prices. As opposed to Ferguson supply who tried to charge me $600. For the exact same material American Pipe and Supply charged $180. I can not say enough about honest and fair companies like American pipe and supply in Nashville, TN. Thank you all very much.”

“My wife and I are in the midst of a double bathroom reno project and we were not totally satisfied with our tile options to date, so upon the suggestion of our contractor we stopped by Traditions. It was late in the day and we did not have an appointment, but Jennifer introduced herself and treated us just like a favored customer. She quickly assessed our situation and found several great options we had not seen or considered elsewhere. She informed us of the availability and delivery options to meet our fast-track schedule and continued to be super-responsive and flexible throughout the process. As a result, we would highly recommend Traditions, and Jennifer in particular, for our, or anyone else's, flooring needs in the future.”

“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”

“I needed a one-way valve, usually called a “check valve“. And I was quite sure if I had the right idea about installing it. I was greeted very quickly when I came into the store, and after describing the problem I was having and letting the clerk know that I had Photos with a tape measure to get the size is right, he was extremely helpful and suggesting two different options for installing the check valve that I needed. I had previously gone to one of the big home improvement stores, and I had to work hard to find somebody to help me there. His advice was OK, but they just didn’t have the selection of parts that I needed to get the one I wanted. Of course, Ferguson is the kind of store where they have a lot of items and can get even more, but they’re also used to dealing with professionals. So, just like auto supply stores. It’s a good idea to at least do a little bit of homework in advance to try to describe what you need. In my case, I had the old part that was broken and I had photos showing the existing installation. Once I got home with the new check valve and a couple other items I had the problem solved in about 30 minutes. I was really happy with the way they worked to understand my issue and my additional concerns, and then the options they gave me for making it right and providing a little bit of extra advice along with that. Thanks!”
