I shop at the The Good Fill frequently and have converted the majority of my home, bath and body products to The Good Fill. I really enjoy the products, and previously shopped at the West Nashville location.
I recently moved, and my last few trips have been to this location. However, I now purposely drive back across town to the West location, because of the staff here.
I brought some family in last week to share all the products I love and couldn't have been more disappointed with the experience. I understand working during the days leading up to Christmas isn't ideal, but the attitude of the staff member was appalling. She was rude, unhelpful and answered questions from my family with such disdain. Their excitement of shopping at The Good Fill quickly faded, and we wrapped up browsing and left.
I even considered walking back into the store to return everything we purchased because of how icky we felt. Seriously, do better.”
“First time experience with Stone World - very pleased! Paige's pride in the company was evident as she walked us through the operation and we viewed the extensive inventory. Our general contractor had already given her some insight to what we were looking for so she had already pulled some examples which saved a lot of time.
We were able to get on their schedule for the measurements and installation much more quickly than we expected.
The measurement team was punctual and precise.

“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”

“My daughter is renovating her kitchen. We went to Fergusons this afternoon to look at ranges, sinks and refrigerators. We were so lucky to be introduced to Hamid Mosadeghzad a showroom consultant. Hamid was AWESOME! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the options. He explained the pros and cons about every option. He knew everything about each product. Please go to Ferguson in Nashville if you are building or renovating and ask for Hamid. He won’t disappoint you.
