“We totally depend on Storehouse No. 9 for the numerous window coverings through our home. We have had them both repair and in some instances replace installed Hunter Douglas items. They are responsive, professional, honest, and competent. We heartily recommend their services.”

“My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Holly Thompson Homes. Holly brings refreshing enthusiasm, positivity, creative solutions and stunning design choices to her work. Holly truly translated my vision for our primary bath and kitchen into a beautiful plan. Dave's input from a construction perspective was also a tremendous asset in exploring opportunities while being realistic about limitations of our existing floor plan.Holly and Dave were always quick to respond, punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with all around. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a talented designer that is organized, transparent and customer service oriented. They are an incredible team!Services: Bathroom design”

“A big shout out to Franklin Kitchen Center! We had their cabinets installed several years ago and over time and the house settling, two of our cabinets started to pull away from the wall. A quick call to them and Lee in their service dept set up a service call. Mike and Phil came out and, not only repaired the two that had pulled away, but worked on all of the other cabinets, so they would not do the same. They are truly the best! Thanks again Lee, Mike, and Phil”

“I was in a real pinch to correct an issue with a shower fixture, and with 20 minutes left in the business day James from Ferguson Supply saved the day. Called him up, got the parts ordered and shipped straight to my house. No hassle, no need to go into a show room or a big store. Just got what I needed and was really pleasant about it. Very pleased.”

“I’ve had excellent experiences with At Home every time I’ve needed help. Their team is consistently responsive and genuinely helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond on more than one occasion—looking into my questions thoroughly and following up with a phone call or even texting me photos of items still on the shelf so I could see the exact color before making a trip in. Just today I called because one of my orders hadn’t been delivered yet. Sara was extremely helpful. She researched the issue, called me back, explained what had happened, and made sure it got corrected right away. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare, and it really stands out. Sara is a great addition to their team! Highly recommend At Home—not just for the products, but for the people who work there.”

“Kelsey was AMAZING!!! I came in to the Franklin Cabinets To Go last week and I was lost on what I needed for my new build. She was so willing to talk with me, guide me, and help me to figure out what I needed from start to finish! She never made me feel rushed. She gave her opinion so kindly and in such a happy and friendly way, that I felt even more excited and sure about my project than I did before! I couldn't be happier after working with Kelsey! I couldn't be happier with the options at Cabinets To Go! Excellent experience! Would absolutely recommend!!!”
