“Great experience, he fixed my iPhone 11 in 15 minutes and was just a friendly nice guy to talk to in the meantime. Price was way lower than expected. One note about the location, it is located in a small trailer next to a restaurant. The signage is not very clear until you turn in onto the gravel parking lot. I love to support a small local business and get great service at the same time. It’s a win-win.”
“I brought my old iPhone SE in for a repair, and not only did I receive an extremely fair price for repair on the device, but once they started working on it and discovered the extent of the damage, they were very honest in explaining that my money would be better spent on purchasing a new phone rather than the cost it would take to fix the existing device. It’s hard to find businesses these days that wouldn’t take advantage of their customers in a vulnerable spot like this, but this shop is extremely honest, polite, and reasonable, and has earned my future business as a customer.”

“Just got my Xbox series x a month ago. Went back home to Nashville to visit family for thanksgiving and I packed it up and brought it with me. Well somehow the HDMI port got damaged and was not displaying anything on the tv when I hooked it up. Upon researching, apparently it’s quite common in the series x and also the PS5. Obviously I am upset about this, so I found ubreakifix by asurion in Nashville and I call them up telling them my problem. They got me an appointment that day and even got it fixed THAT DAY! Now If I’m being totally honest it was a little more pricey than I would’ve wanted, but let’s be honest everything is now a days. Anyways, thank you so much for the wonderful service and for the urgency. You have definitely earned a repeat customer! The staff was amazing but especially Sterling! Thank you!”

"Z" (I won't spell out their full name because I will inevitably misspell it) was so incredibly smart, competent, efficient, patient and friendly. Z basically ran the store the whole morning, helping the many customers that came in, multi-tasking and assisting us all at the same time without it seeming like we were being overlooked or waiting too long. I'm not sure how they did it, but I can guess that just being incredibly good at your job gives you the skills to be able to pull off this difficult feat.
