I had been feeling stressed from trying to resolve my phone issue with Xfinity first, and he created the exact opposite experience for me when I came in. “I worked with James and he provided the absolute best customer service of any cell phone store I've visited. We have been with Verizon for over 20 years, and I upgraded 4 phones at once. James was meticulous and efficient in setting the phones up and getting all phone data transferred over. Not one hiccup. The store manager was also very nice but I didn't get her name. Upgrading our cell phones is usually on my list of things I dread doing - thank you James and Verizon Victra in Hermitage, TN for making this easy!”
