“He fixed one of my phones so fast that it made my head spin and he is waiting on the parts for the other phone but I know that he is going to do an amazing job. The prices are the best in town you will not find me going to any other person to fix another phone. If you give him anything less than five stars you are lying he is the Goat when it comes to fixing phones and at the most reasonable prices I have ever seen in the city! Don’t sleep on my dude!”

“I had to come on here and give a HUGE shoutout to Jaelyn at AT&T because WOW… customer service like this is rare these days. From the second I walked in, Jaelyn made the entire experience feel easy, smooth, and honestly… enjoyable (which is saying a lot when you’re dealing with phone stuff 😅). She was patient, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or confused. What really stood out though? The ENERGY. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that I left feeling confident with my decisions. If you’re going to AT&T, ask for Jaelyn. Seriously. She’s the standard. 10/10 experience — give this girl a raise immediately 👏”
