They were so helpful, kind, and understanding they offered me different styles of chains and gave me options I didn’t even know were available to me. I went in completely clueless and hopeless to the necklace I had and I walked out knowing what exactly I was looking for and what I was working with. We aren't ones to be too flashy and we didn't want to spend a large amount on an engagement ring for my fiancée and wedding band for myself. However, with our limited budget they SURPASSED EVERY EXPECTATION THAT WE HAD. Her ring turned out to be so beautiful and they made it by themselves practically!!! I repurposed my late father's wedding band for myself and it almost brought me to tears with how well they did with it. I feel as though we didn't know exactly what we wanted and explained to the best of our ability to them what our visions were. They took it from there and knew exactly what to do without any issues. They worked in such a timely manner at such a reasonable price compared to other competitors. We don't regret any of the money we spent on services here. Just such a pleasant and perfect experience. We will be bringing all future needs to them when we can!”

“So I took my daughters to Claire's on April 6th 2024 on a Saturday about 10:10 a.m. so the mall just opened basically. We walked in and there was a woman at the counter. There was only one employee. And let me just say this lady who I didn't actually get her name, was so sweet and helpful. My 10-year-old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. And I'm very hesitant for an establishment like Claire's to pierce ears. You hear horror stories basically. But let me tell you, this woman helped us pick out a pair of earrings and consoled and comforter my daughter. She said in the chair and got her ears pierced like a champ. The woman who did the piercing of course, clean and sterilized her ears probably more than she should have. But I think it's awesome because making sure they're nice and clean is the first step making sure the piercings are not contaminated or germs get on them. So after her piercing which my daughter said barely hurt it all. She showed me how to properly clean them gave me the solution of course. And told me how to take care of them from now on. Now we'll say I know times have changed, and things are more expensive than they used to be. So she picked out the birthstone for September and their cutest little blue earrings ever. But since the piercing was free the earrings were $80 and some change. She explained how to take care of them when she can change into new earrings and everything she should and shouldn't do. She was extremely knowledgeable. So we're getting close to it being almost a week since my daughter's had her earrings and by following the instructions of the lady at the shop, my daughter's earrings look fabulous and they are definitely nice and sterilized and clean. Plus each month for the next 12 months I'll get an email saying that I can pick up one free pair of earrings that cost up to $17.99. Now if I go over the $17.99 that amount will be applied to the other earrings and I'll just pay the difference. I generally recommend only tattoo shops for ear piercings especially if children, but if you happen to go into Claire's and your kids want earrings this lady is the best. I just hate I didn't get her name. Thank you ma'am for your service and thank you for being patient and kind and explaining everything.”
