Recently worked with Melanie and Candace to have an inherited ring resized. The good folks at Hollie Winter's recommended that the ring be retipped - something that had not even crossed my mind to check considering the age of the ring. I also asked for an appraisal with the hope that the resizing, the retipping and the appraisal could all be done in a reduced time frame.
Everything was done in the agreed upon time and the ring looks absolutely amazing. So glad that I worked with Hollie Winter Fine Jewelry!”

But it just didn’t have that wow factor, the Jareds salesperson tried to push us to get a ring they had in-store at a price that was astronomical. However, with our limited budget they SURPASSED EVERY EXPECTATION THAT WE HAD. Her ring turned out to be so beautiful and they made it by themselves practically!!! I repurposed my late father's wedding band for myself and it almost brought me to tears with how well they did with it. I feel as though we didn't know exactly what we wanted and explained to the best of our ability to them what our visions were. They took it from there and knew exactly what to do without any issues. They worked in such a timely manner at such a reasonable price compared to other competitors. We don't regret any of the money we spent on services here. Just such a pleasant and perfect experience. I’d been ring shopping for about a month and hitting roadblocks Ms. Sonya White-Darden was a breath of fresh air and the best part of my experience. I described the style of ring I had been looking at and she went around the back and literally picked the exact ring I was looking for. Even after telling her I wasn’t sure I be approved for anything my girl was adamant that I try ever option before me. She also gave me the best advice to make sure I could get what I wanted without coming out of pocket much. 30 minutes later your girl was walking out with the ring of my choice and a big ol smile on my face. Everything from picking the ring to payment was effortlessly as well as entertaining because my girl was truly a people person. Customer service was TOP TIER!!! I would forever be a client if Ms. Sonya is the one ringing me up and would recommend her any day!”
