“My boyfriend, now fiancé :), set up an appointment with Mike to look at rings. Basically the process is, you choose the ring, the diamond, then they have it set for you. (I’m not exactly sure on minimum setting times but I would say within a week it could be ready for pick up.) This may be kind of hard for people who can’t picture how things come together, but you can definitely bring in a picture of what you are looking for and they will have it - or can get it!!!They have a huge selection of rings and bands! And every employee was nice and helpful! Mike was phenomenal at getting my ring exactly as I wanted, I simply couldn’t thank him enough!Like everyone has mentioned, if you’re worried about that little light blue box or a grand shopping experience then this store is not for you. But I guarantee that you can get the exact ring as anywhere else here and at a fraction of the price!”
