“I was scheduled to move from Wisconsin to Tennessee April 2023. I had to find something fairly quickly and needed to rent sight unseen. I started to fill out the Cube Smart application, when I was interrupted and did not get a chance to finish that day. I received a phone call from Heather who asked if I was having an issue with the website. I told her I was interrupted and did not get a chance to finish, but I intended to do so. She asked if I had any questions or concerns she could address while she had me on the phone. Helpful and courteous are two words that come to mind when I think of my experience with Cube Smart. After my travels across country, I arrived a little later than I expected but Heather was still on site and helped me with my move in process. The next day when I came to move in, Jeanetta was spot on when I was having trouble with my access code. They never hesitated when it came to making good me feel comfortable and showed excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend Cube Smart in Arlington TN to anyone looking for a place to store items because of the high level of customer service I received. Thank you Heather and Jeanetta. “As far as I'm concerned this place is one of the cleanest and well maintained self storage services with a plenty of variations on storage size. Elevators are dolly friendly, accessable in late evening and not very crowded. Would definitely recommend it.”
