“Very easy process. You can reserve online and pay when you get there. Don't forget to bring your homeowner's insurance or rental insurance policy with you, because most of the time, those policies will include insurance for your belongings. If you do not bring that with you, you will have to pay the storage facility for insurance. Buy a lock from Wal-Mart. It's $10-$17 for a lock at Wal-Mart and same lock at Devon is $25. There is a $29 administrative fee, which is higher than other places I have been, which is why I knocked it a star. I give it 4 stars for ease of process, good safe location, reasonable prices (not the highest but not the lowest) and the employee checking me in was very cordial. I do wish their larger storage units were a better price and I would have got a bigger one. Their prices for small units was reasonable, though. The facilities seemed clean and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to use this storage facility again.”

“The facility at 1546 N Germantown Pkwy is a very clean and adequate facility; however I would not recommend female patrons access it alone; there is no onsite customer service, everything is automated, and it just feels creepy. Bring friends or family with you when you access your unit.”
