“I purchased a Smucker shed, and I have been so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. The shed is extremely well built, solid, and clearly made with care. You can tell a lot of attention went into the details and construction. The delivery guy was wonderful. He was polite, professional, and very respectful. My site was not set up the way it needed to be at first, so he had to make a second trip once everything was ready. Even then, he was just as kind and professional. Overall, I am very impressed with both the shed itself and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Smucker to anyone looking for a well-made shed and a great experience.”

So went to 5 stores that felt like 15 stores because we had to walk look at pricing etc. Out of all the places we went to this one was it. Carolina and Billy were beyond amazing with assisting us and meeting our needs and not asking for an arm and our liver for furniture. You guys are so pleasant. We chose this location because of the people. They will help you with you needs and are patient. Thank you guys for the amazing service.”

“I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Family Leisure. We are new to having a pool but they gave recommendations, helped with back yard locates, and have been so kind the whole time. Set up was very fast. We had issues with hoses a few days later and they came out to help with chemical treatment and walk us through how the system works. Then just a month later we had an unfortunate issue with the pool liner and they are graciously helping us out to get a replacement. We have really enjoyed the pool. They made sure we had what would fit our budget, yard and family size. And it has been easy communication. I highly recommend this company for pool needs or wants! 27 foot above ground round pool.”

Turnaround time was great knowing we were getting such a solid piece of furniture, hand crafted by trustworthy builders. Guy went out of his way to get our table delivered to us when we moved into our new home, even though that week he was super busy & with an employee on vacation. We were so honored that Guy worked so hard on getting our table to us that week! He was so happy to make us pleased! We will definitely be returning for more items. We highly recommend them to anyone in need for solid quality furniture.”

“Update: We've had our spa for 3.5 years now. Not sure if we got a lemon but we've had the touchscreen replaced twice, a computer board replaced, and the capacitor for the heater pump replaced twice (8 months apart). The service tech recommended replacing the pump since it's blown 2 capacitors. Oy!!! My husband I decided to buy a spa. Mike Stacy at the Murfreesboro Rd location was very knowledgeable and helpful in our search for the perfect spa. He gave us all the information we needed to make our purchase. I would definitely recommend this location. The rest of the employees we interacted with were very friendly as well. Very happy with our spa!”

“I’ve had excellent experiences with At Home every time I’ve needed help. Their team is consistently responsive and genuinely helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond on more than one occasion—looking into my questions thoroughly and following up with a phone call or even texting me photos of items still on the shelf so I could see the exact color before making a trip in. Just today I called because one of my orders hadn’t been delivered yet. Sara was extremely helpful. She researched the issue, called me back, explained what had happened, and made sure it got corrected right away. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare, and it really stands out. Sara is a great addition to their team! Highly recommend At Home—not just for the products, but for the people who work there.”
