“Buying experience was extremely smooth. We worked with a sales rep, Greg Boeres, who was superb. Delivery of our bar and barstools was quick, and the Delivery men were very helpful and friendly. Our bar did arrived slightly damaged, but the team at Family Leisure is working on a resolution. Amazing communication from this company thus far. Hopefully, the resolution on the damaged bar will be just as smooth as everything else has been. Make sure to ask for Greg at the FL in Franklin, TN when you go to shop. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.”

Ginger, the owner, has successfully created an environment which makes you feel important as a client. You get the attention, the follow-up, the flexibility, and a small business feel where the vendor goes out of their way to make things work. The business offers an immense selection of beautiful lighting options and design help as part of the process. Me and my wife are picky, but we have been so impressed with the patience, the professionalism, and most of all the “do what it takes” attitude.
