“I went into the store looking for a couch. After being disappointed by 5 other stores, I wasn't expecting to find the exact couch I had been looking for. I was greeted when I walked in by Blaine and shown around without him hoovering over me like all the other stores. He checked on me again after I had walked the floor and found the couch. We discussed pricing and delivery. I returned the next day and bought my couch. Delivery was great. The guys brought my couch in and got it all set up right where I wanted it. Definitely recommending this store for anyone that needs furniture!”

“To customers and potential customers of Relax the Back Store. I bought a massage chair from the Relax the Back Store in Nashville, TN. a few years ago. I absolutely love it. I came home from a hectic travel/work schedule yesterday and wanted to get a massage before calling it a day. To my surprise, my massage chair didn't work! My first issue with the chair. So, I called Glen at the Relax the Back Store and he was busy with his business and working with store customers. Glen called me back and begin troubleshooting the problem. In just a few short minutes, Glen figured out the problem and my problem was fixed. Glen did an amazing job in the beginning and a few years later, when I needed his help, he didn't hesitate. As always, he was very professional and did an amazing job helping me. I highly recommend this store and Glen will be there if and when you need him. Thanks Glen. “We are long time Tempur-Pedic owners but decided to give Sleep Number a try as our bed needed replacing. We walked into the Green Hills store and were met by Sarah Williams who turned out to be the best sales representative I have worked with in well over a decade.
She took a low pressure, relaxed approach with us to learn what our needs were and educate us on Sleep Number products. Surprisingly, we started with pillows! After a few questions, she selected two for us to try. They turned out to be what we finally chose even after trying several others.
We proceeded to test different mattresses. Never was there any pressure to move on to the next one. Sarah waited patiently and answered all our questions before we moved to the next model.
We finally found what we wanted, and got pricing information. We went to another brand store before making our final decision. The Sleep Number bed just felt right and was competitively priced so we returned the next day and finalized our purchase. During that process, Sarah was just as pleasant and helpful as she had been the day before. She even helped us setup our online account and the Sleep Number app to aid us in controlling the bed settings.

“Always wanted a mirrored bar cart. On delivery it was discovered to have a chipped corner. A new mirror had to be special ordered. It took several weeks but Sprintz rep kept me updated. Their service and quality is the best in Nashville.”

“Update: We've had our spa for 3.5 years now. Not sure if we got a lemon but we've had the touchscreen replaced twice, a computer board replaced, and the capacitor for the heater pump replaced twice (8 months apart). The service tech recommended replacing the pump since it's blown 2 capacitors. Oy!!!
