“I purchased a Smucker shed, and I have been so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. The shed is extremely well built, solid, and clearly made with care. You can tell a lot of attention went into the details and construction.
The delivery guy was wonderful. He was polite, professional, and very respectful. My site was not set up the way it needed to be at first, so he had to make a second trip once everything was ready. Even then, he was just as kind and professional.
Overall, I am very impressed with both the shed itself and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Smucker to anyone looking for a well-made shed and a great experience.”

“I went into the store looking for a couch. After being disappointed by 5 other stores, I wasn't expecting to find the exact couch I had been looking for. I was greeted when I walked in by Blaine and shown around without him hoovering over me like all the other stores. He checked on me again after I had walked the floor and found the couch. We discussed pricing and delivery. I returned the next day and bought my couch. Delivery was great. The guys brought my couch in and got it all set up right where I wanted it. “I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Family Leisure. We are new to having a pool but they gave recommendations, helped with back yard locates, and have been so kind the whole time. Set up was very fast. We had issues with hoses a few days later and they came out to help with chemical treatment and walk us through how the system works. Then just a month later we had an unfortunate issue with the pool liner and they are graciously helping us out to get a replacement. We have really enjoyed the pool. They made sure we had what would fit our budget, yard and family size. And it has been easy communication. I highly recommend this company for pool needs or wants!

“If I could put 10 stars I would. We just moved here from California and we left majority of our furniture behind because it was old lol. So we needed to buy a whole new everything! So went to 5 stores that felt like 15 stores because we had to walk look at pricing etc. Out of all the places we went to this one was it. Carolina and Billy were beyond amazing with assisting us and meeting our needs and not asking for an arm and our liver for furniture. You guys are so pleasant. We chose this location because of the people. They will help you with you needs and are patient. Thank you guys for the amazing service.”
“The inclement weather delayed things for myself and rent a center but word is bond and they honored their word. Ms. Quannie and Mr. Jamal received at least 20 calls from me and didn’t get frustrated with me at any time. I’m very appreciative of that because I know how exhausting that can be. Also, the delivery guys were very chill and made conversation; in which, made the delivery seamless. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience has been great as a first time customer who moved here from Mississippi. I will definitely continue to do on time business here. Get in where ya fit in!! “The delivery guys from Antioch delivered my furniture in record time. They were friendly and they also helped me with staging the furniture in my new home. All of my furniture was assembled correctly. We got a really good on all of our furniture. The staff was helpful and not pushy.”
“I love the Restore stores if Im looking for solid furniture or household items. The Harding Place location (south Nashville) is great for acquiring items from home remodel. Since it's fairly close to both Green Hills, businesses, Crieve Hall and Brentwood, this store gets some nice things. Some items are brand new or barely used. I found Thomasville night stands for $30. While in decent shape as it, I refinished in black stain with clear varnish to make it more water resistant. $300-500 worth of furniture for less than $100. This was several years ago, but still a good buy even at $50 each. If I had room to acquire items and learn to refinish, Restore would be visited often!”

My husband and I are in the process of renovating our RV that we live and travel in. We want it to be as homey as possible. We went in today looking for a loveseat that we needed in a very particular size. No budget-it could've been $500 or $2000. Rachel walked around with us and was helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute delight. She was so funny, cool and full of great stories. We had a great time AND found the perfect loveseat. “We had a noise issue with our pump that was just an installed last August. The guy I spoke to (can’t remember his name) was super helpful in trying to help me troubleshoot. After that didn’t solve it, he quickly got me on the schedule for 2 days later! The repair guy, Tracy, determined that it was the filter and went ahead, changed it out and kept me informed the whole time he was there. He was Very helpful and informative.
I had further communications with another person at Family Leisure that same day and he was also super friendly and kept me updated on one more thing that needs to be completed this week. Thank you guys so much for making this effortless on my part and being NICE too!! That definitely goes a long way in my book.”

“This store was a nightmare to get to. The parking lot is laid out poorly, and it's on a ridiculously busy road. It was clean and organized inside. I was able to find a toy for my daughter with relative ease, and they had multiple checkout lanes open.”
