“My wife, daughter, and I spent the morning perusing the nursery for a specific plant. Although we found it rather quickly our daughter was drawn to the array of colorful flowers hidden beneath the dew. Needless to say, curiousity made for soaked clothes and a wet diaper, lol.While my wife changed my daughter I was approached by Lynn Smith, the manager. Not only was she knowledgable about plants, she was also very open about her time here in the Nashville (we recently relocated from Atlanta). Throughout the course of the conversation she managed to stuff our bellies with freshly-popped popcorn and handed our daughter a mini pumpkin to boot.Honestly, if you live near the Franklin area or don't mind a drive, I would HIGHLY recommend making the trip.Thanks, Lynn. “Out of what we needed. Informed by staff product was on back order since October 2023. Came home got on app & ordered it & picked up at same store in about a week. Not sure what was going on there but Home Depot needs to fix in house information and allow customers to order in store if they choose; which means probably new software?$$$$$On upside all the staff was great especially the 3 tht helped us in garage door insulation/insulation area, except being mis informed about ordering product.?”
“Had the below 20 degree washer fluid and other items I was looking for Customer service was great well as the self check out lady who helped me get signed in since I had left my card at home.Only bad experience was the parking for Handicap was icy all the other spots where pretty good I put my cain down to get up it slipped on the icy spit but did not fall to the ground.in their defense it was very cold and hardly anything was melting the ice .”
“The 5 star rating is because of Seirra, who helped us pick carpet and pad. So nice and I rushed, it made the purchase experience great. We returned several hours later looking for shelving and Sierra was there again to handle all of our questions and needs. A perfect day at Home Depot. And the checkout lady, Sam I think, I know she has 16 years of service, but she was awesome too.”
“My husband and I stopped in Home Depot yesterday morning looking for carpet for our new house in Orange Beach, AL. We asked for an estimate for carpeting three bedrooms. The Flooring Specialist (Adam Scruggs) gave us a rough estimate for carpet and padding. He was very knowledgeable of the carpet and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase carpet, but when we told him it was for a house in Orange Beach, he said that we would have to work directly with the Home Depot there. He made certain that we had all of the information that we needed to contact the Foley, AL, Home Depot. We are sorry that we could not have purchased the carpet from him. He is a truly excellent employee.”
