“Initially went to SiteOne in Franklin for a load of bulk mulch. No one at SiteOne interested in my business, and left after waiting 20 minutes. Pulled into J&R and immediately was met and directed where to park. The loader was helpful in types of mulch and coverage. Pulled back to office to pay and was met by employee. He took my payment and processed without leaving my truck. Before departing the owner came out and thanked me for my business. I found a business who understands customer service! I will return for sure.”

“Went in yesterday for a bag of Prodiamine. So much different than a big box store. Very friendly and helpful from the get-go. Even made sure to mention that it contained a certain % of Nitrogen. (I was going to add some in about 2 weeks, which definitely would have delayed my Bermuda coming out of dormancy due to burning.) Price was great. Even greater was dealing with gentleman who was knowledgeable on the 'science' of lawn care. Highly recommend the Co-op in Franklin.”

“I ordered 8 american water willow, justicia americana, plants. They arrived packaged 2 pots per plastic bag in a box then filled with packing peanuts and packing paper. During transit the pots all toppled on their side and the plants were then smashed against each other and some upside down. I removed them from the box and placed the pots in water in the shade. They looked pretty smashed and I feared there would be a lot of broken sprigs but luckily by the next day they had remarkably perked up and they only had minor breakage. That's the only reason for the 3 stars as the plants are obviously healthy and full, but the packaging could definitely use some improvement. Maybe each plant could be in it's own box to anchor it securely along with the other plants, without extra room for rolling around and protected from being poorly treated by uncaring package handler.”
