“Amazing icecream (best in town) and coffee is good too! I have never had a bad experience and the staff are always so pleasant ..Jenn deserves a shout out as she treats everyone like they are a regular since day one and is a great leader with her service. My dogs love to see Jenn and they get a pup cup. Store is always clean and they provide fast service with great customer service! I love supporting this local station. Definitely try out the icecream it will not disappoint! (They even let you try the flavors so you don't get stuck with something you don't like..that's a win!) They didn't ask me to post this I just really wanted to give some good feedback to a good store. Well deserved!”

“I have been coming here since it opened. The staff, especially Jamie, are so customer conscious and go above and beyond typical customer service duties. Where you all get your managers from is another story. They are nice but unprofessional and I often hear managers talking to employees and guests about other employees ain a derogatory manner. They should be leading a team not putting employees against each other. You have another temporary manager in from Cleveland and she is again not Murphy caliber. She waits on customers but that's all. The store is filthy when she works. No coffee made other machines are empty too. But she definitely knows how to take care of her phone.”

“The only employee that was there was mary , her job title should be slash, she was the cashier/ticket agent/operator/ manager. She figured out how to get my bus ticket printed, which was not easy especially when dealing with the rude and sexist male agent i called at greyhound. He was disgustingly rash with me and horrible to mary.”

“The Speedy Cafe serves up the BEST PIZZA EVER !! And the Double Extra Large Big Gulp filled with Mountain Dew (my favorite)makes for a nice little roadtrip snack ? I’ve tried the mini tacos for the first time this visit & they added a bit spice to our snack feast. Our food is always hot & delicious. “I have been going here for over two years and the customer service is the best. The owner Roma takes great care of me. I am in a wheelchair and they always pump my gas and they put my bags in my car for me. They even take my wheelchair out of my car and they put it back in for me. They have a wide variety of hot meals and you can call in your order and they will have it ready when you get there. It's one of the cleanest gas station I have been in. Patty the morning cook is so helpful and always has a smiling face. They know you by name and very safe and clean place.”
“I went to Kenjo Market and encountered a man named Jamie behind the register who I can only assume was sent here by the Customer Service Gods themselves.
This man is not merely a cashier. Jamie is an EXPERIENCE. He scanned my items with the confidence of a surgeon performing a life saving operation. He greeted me like we had been separated at birth. The customer service? IMPECCABLE. The vibes? ILLEGAL. The friendliness? Frankly, suspicious.
I don't know what Kenjo is paying this man, but it isn't enough. Somebody needs to give Jamie a raise, a bonus, a parade, and possibly the keys to the entire building.
I have been to many stores in my lifetime. I have encountered cashiers. I have exchanged money for goods. But Jamie? Jamie changed me.I walked into Kenjo as a customer. I walked out as a believer.
If Jamie isn't working, I may simply turn around and go home. I'm not emotionally prepared to interact with an inferior cashier after experiencing this level of excellence.
Would willingly purchase a single pack of gum for $37.99 if Jamie was the one ringing me up.
Kenjo Market, protect this man at all costs. The bathrooms were spotless.”

“The sweetest kids work here. We were passing through and stopped in because it started raining and we had to get stuff out of the back of our truck. We went in and ordered pizza and got ice cream and were greeted and served by 2 of the kindest most respectful kids a boy and a girl I didn’t get names but they were great.”
