Excellent customer service at each visit. Small town banking feel with all the same options of a large bank. Anytime I have called the branch, I actually get to talk to a person. Mortgage rates are very competitive. I am very happy that I see the same people at the branch. Very easy to build a banking relationship.

The Bartlett branch is the most friendly and efficient bank that I have ever been associated with.
