I don’t know why the other reviews are they way they are but as I opened my first bank account by myself everybody was so friendly and welcoming and made me happy about the bank I am choosing I’d give 10 stars if I could I’m very happy with the customer service and the help I received

Do not use well fargo!! Money was taking from my account and also i was charged multiple over drafts fees. I asked wells fargo about what happened and they started explaining things that I couldn't see on my end and the lady told me she can only see it on her end!! Don't use this bank. I promise you will regret it!!

Check your deposit receipts! Deposited $200 cash and the deposit receipt said $100. I pressed the call button and got it fixed. Could’ve easily lost $100.
