He was very friendly, professional, and patient. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each plan, as well as the phone options. He eased on my concerns with expert advice and answered any and all questions. He made it seamless and it was a pleasure to have such a flawless experience. In a world that’s seemingly forgotten about the importance of the customer experience, AD at the T Mobile on Germantown Parkway in Cordova TN was top notch!
