I went to the store and had some issues that this precious Alyssa Mason took extra patience and time to walk me through. She is very capable and experienced to help customers. She is so welling to.get all issue corrected. If I ever have any other problems I hope she is available. Blessings

Phone service sucks and then was told today when we turned out internet box in since we don’t have internet anymore we can’t upgrade our phones? Yeah no. Looks like i’m going back to AT&T.

I have been standing in the doorway of this store without a staff member at this location greeting me. I am only trying to drop off a device and no staff looked at me twice. What kind of customer service do they do up here.Poor, poor, very poor customer service.I like Comcast but they have to do better.
