“Wonderful experience. I dont often go to the post office and when I do I usually do the self service. I had to go in to buy a flat rate shipping box. I figured id go back out and do self service to ship it. The guy working was amazing. Didn't even ask. Got the information and took the package for me. He was very friendly and efficient. Happy to see good service here.”

“Came for a passport appointment and was helped promptly and professionally. Honestly didn't even know there was a post office tucked back here. I'll probably come here for other USPS business as there was very little traffic and the folks were super helpful during a holiday week when no one wants to be at work!”
“Went here to apply for a passport as a walk-in, and the process was smooth and efficient. It took about 25 minutes when I went on a Tuesday morning between 9-10 AM. The clerk who assisted me was very professional and helpful—she got everything done quickly and made the process easy. Great experience overall!”

“It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or you can walk straight in, I get treated like royalty when I come in! The ladies here are all great. Jo is the absolute best tho! She really knows her job, and goes above and beyond for everyone, she very personable and knows everyone’s name it seems like. Olivia deserves praise too! She is always kind, and super funny! She goes above and beyond to help every time!

“I went yesterday around 3 PM to hand cancel my wedding invitations, and the lady behind the counter could not have been any kinder or more helpful. She cared just as much as I did about the invitations staying pretty. I was there for an hour and witnessed how well she treated every customer who came in. She was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond with her customer service. I did not get her name, but she deserves the recognition.”

“I had to call about a package that said it was delivered and I did not get it. The manager, Eddie Smith, called me and was so nice. He investigated it and found out the sender had put my house number wrong. He found out where it was delivered and he had the mail carrier go the next day to that house to see if they still had the package. She retrieved the pkg and delivered it to me the same day. I was so thankful for the help.”
“I had a problem with a package but as soon as Michael Barber found out about it, he solved it within the day. He not only found my package but had it delivered to my state within the same day! Very respectful, professional and courteous! Great employee!”
“Having terrible experience with my mail carrier my packages are labeled cannot leave it secured location and carry to the mail which makes me have to get out and go get the packages when it's not my job but all good is unfair at least my packages are there when I go to pick them up”
“This location gets a bad rep and may have a few bad apples, but Mrs. Sylvia Hines is one of the best there is.
Anytime I have an issue I can count on her to get to the bottom of it and make sure it is resolved. She is proactive and will not hesitate to reach out or respond to you and with a courteous attitude.

“I have been going to this post office for years and tbh I’ve gotten nothing but EXCELLENT service from the staff and I’ve also seen with my own eyes on several occasions the staff have to deal with a lot of very ENTITLED people from the community… it takes a lot for me to write a bad review and I went through and read some of these reviews the people that wrote them I’m NOT saying didn’t have a reason because I wasn’t there but I do know there are much more great experiences that are NOT being published on here people have learned write a bad review I can get you in trouble so they us that as a super power lol ? but I’ve seen ppl come into this post office unprepared, package not ready to ship, talk to the staff like it’s their fault that their package isn’t ready, hold up the line wanting the staff to tape and help them pack their packages which I Heard the staff tell them that due to policy, they are not allowed to be in their package repacking it because if something comes up missing, they’ll be able to blame the staff for theft or anything that didn’t get shipped properly. I’ve seen the person get upset with the staff because they can’t pack their package because of policy and curse them out. Call them all out of their name, etc., I would just like to say in the years that I’ve been coming here. My packages are packed. I’m doing my job. They are doing their job and they have been nothing but pleasant or as pleasant as possible to the people in our community.”
