“Very convenient location, very cool and knowledgeable employees and manager. If I go in here, I’m guaranteed to leave with either what I came for or something I like better! Thank you for actually making recommendations when asked, I’ve noticed many others don’t like to do this.”
“Every time I come to Memphis I come here and only in the morning to see Lisa!! She is absolutely the best!!! She knows exactly what I like and new flavors she keeps me updated on them and their flavor profiles. She is an absolute beast in there with such a kind heart. The only place I will come to get vapes is here because of the selection and Lisa!”
“One of the best vape shops in downtown Wichita. Coolest guy you will ever meet and he knows his information pertaining to what you may need . Whether it's gummies to relax ur mind or the many cartridges and nicotine vapes. He won't steer you wrong”
“Great service, very good customer services, lol my gfn had bought a pack but I guess it had a hole in and no one noticed but the next day she went back a dude already had a pack ready for her cuz as she was leaving out he saw the product in the pack and on the floor …just great going back always”
“This is a great vape shop inside the wolfchase Mall. The staff is amazing, they are so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I enjoy my time here, which is unusual with a retail space. I highly suggest you guys check this out.”
“If you're looking for a place to enjoy a good cigar with good people and a great selection of premium sticks, the Tinder Box on Poplar is the spot in Memphis. Great owners, helpful staff, and relaxing atmosphere.”
“I absolutely love this shop. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable on their products. They make my shopping experience a breeze and I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend for all your smoking and vaping needs!”
“Great selection of single barrel bourbons and craft beer....staff is knowledgable and friendly....a regular stop for me.... the craft beer selection has gotten better and better and they have an amazing selection of Bourbons”
“We had a wonderful shopping experience last weekend at Tobacco Zone. Omar was extremely knowledgeable about hookah, and was able to answer all our questions! He showed us a few different models, but was in no way trying to give us “the hard sell” like you get at a lot of smoke shops. He even set up one for us, so that we could try a new brand of Shisha. When it’s time for us to purchase a new hookah, it will definitely be from theses guys. Later that night we had one of the most enjoyable smoking sessions we’ve had in a while due to Omar’s advice and the accessories we purchased from him. Thank you, we can finally enjoy our hookah again.”
“It's very convenient to be able to drive through for my husband's cigs. We have a special needs child and going inside of places can be really difficult. Prices are comparable to most places. Cashier is always nice.”
“The attendant was courteous and fast with allowing me to checkout their merchandise on my own. They didn’t have my cigars I was looking for but bought items there just because the custom service. I will visit again…. Anytime!?”
“This is a family run business that has expanded to this location. I will go out of my way to shop here. The staff is amazing and the selection is unmatched locally. ???”

“Best place ever first time at the store and it was a pleasure. Brain was second to none with knowledge and help maneuvering around the store. Will come back for sure. My sister was with me and she loved it also.”
“These guys are super helpful and have a wide selection of products. The humidor is well stocked. They also offer a wide selection of pipe tobaccos. The location is convenient and the lounge is always laid back.”
“Update: the issue was addressed and was assured that the pricing was corrected and that the associate made a mistake. I'm usually in there every week and like the selection so I want to continue to shop there. Thanks for replying
A great place to buy your smoke items until today when I walked in to check on a PAX screen for my vape that I've purchased a box of 3 for 12.99 in the past. However, when I asked about getting one the cashier told me that they are $12.99 per screen! Making the box of 3 making them $38.97! Even though the box says qty. of 3 sold in each box. How is that fair? And to sell one for $12.99! If this store operates to be that low down and dirty, I won't be taking my business there and would discourage anyone not to go somewhere, where they are looking to rob you. Especially when most of the stuff in there you can get online cheaper. I guess this is what happens when you try to shop local and small businesses.”

“My favorite place to go to!!! The young Man behind the counter (Mack) is One of a Kind, Always has me laughing!!! If u are hungry my boy Mack will put his own special touches to the pizza ? to always have you coming back for More!!! Love this Store!!”
“One of my favorite places in the City of Memphis to shop for CBD products, as well as CBD adjacent products. Customer service is always good, and hospitable. Quality hash, etc. for reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend for a solid buzz.”
“I've been going here since they opened and I absolutely love this store. The owners are great people and they treat you like friends instead of customers. I will always recommend this shop to my friends, coworkers, and anyone else in the area! They stay stocked with whatever you need, plus snacks and drinks.”
“Cool workers, were very helpful. Needed repairs on my shisha but had no clue what to do with it. They helped fixed my hookah for a really great price. They also provide mix flavors if you aren’t sure what to get”

“Tobacco World is one of the more convenient smoke shops around. The drive-through is a huge plus, especially when you’re in a hurry, and they usually have a really wide selection compared to other places nearby. One thing I appreciate most is that they almost always have the correct JUUL pods in stock when other stores are sold out. The staff has always been friendly and quick as well. The only downside is the pricing. Some items are a little higher than competitors, so it would be nice to see more competitive prices. Overall though, it’s still a solid place to shop and very convenient.”
“When I come to Memphis I try to stop here to get me a pizza. I'm from Chicago, and we're known for good pizza. So when I first tried it, I tried the thin crust style and the pizza had a good taste. I've tried their Original style, but thin crust is my favorite. I just found out they have chicken bites and those are good as well. This spot has great customer service, their prices are affordable, and recommended others to checkout this place.”
“Very good store for various tobacco and other “tobacco” product needs. Both guys here are extremely nice, knowledgeable about products, and as stated before if they don’t have it they will have a suggestion for something similar or they will stock the item itself. I go here for all my delta products and will continue to do so. Only complaint I have is that the times that they open are in accurate, some days they are open on time and some days they are 30mins- 1 hr late opening, other than that it’s an exceptional store.”
“Ryan was extremely helpful locating a replacement part for my dabaratus and even bent over backwards to do an exchange when it wasn't the right part. (Our mustake.) Excellent customer service!!”
“This shop is still the best and the staff interacts with you. Other locations seem to only care about being in their phone texting and watching videos. Thanks to Cordova for being awesome spot!”
“The guys that work here are friendly and helpful. The blonde girl acts like she doesn't want you to be in her store. Come to find out from other reviews that she is the manager. One day, I was in as a shipment of new products were received. I showed interest in buying one of the products. I asked how long it takes to get things into the system and ready to sell(being a former retail manager myself, I know it takes literally a couple of mins to create a SKU). I was sharply told by the blonde girl that "it will be at least 2 hours" and one of her employees gave me that look, like, "sorry dude" and I just went with it. Still, awesome shop with awesome selection and employees, just needs a more customer service oriented manager.”
“Love this spot, right around the corner from my house. If owner doesn't have what you're looking for he will order it, also he is well educated on the products he sells. Plus he's fine ?”

“Reposted update for Germantown location: same applies for this location.
Ya know, I gotta say back in the day. Whatever was a real lame place to go to, their prices used to be worse years ago, and their attitudes turned off so many people, including myself. I still hear people bad mouth the shop because of the attitude problems the staff used to have even today.
With that said I'd like to rate the place 5 stars, in more recent years I've visted this location and midtown(haven't revisited highland ever) and I gotta say the prices are reasonable and fair, and the staff is super polite and kind and helpful. I really enjoy shopping there and I am happy to give them my business and have spent quite a bit there now.
I really used to dislike Whatever, but my opinion has changed as I've seen it is not the negative stuck up place it used to be. All my compliments and respect for making adjustments and becoming a place that feels like part of a community and is super respectful of its paying customers.
I highly recommend the store here or midtown, and I can't speak for OB, but I assume they are kind people as well. If you had bad experiences with them in the past, give them another chance. You may be pleasantly surprised.”
