“Dave’s Auto was incredibly quick to help us when our car started running poorly after some recent warranty work elsewhere. They took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly, explained several cost-effective options, and had our vehicle running better than ever within the week. Throughout the process, they were professional, transparent, and easy to work with. We’ll definitely be bringing our future vehicles to Dave’s, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing diagnostics or repairs.”

“I cannot recommend this tire center more! I have passed it a hundred times and never noticed it, but it was in the perfect place at the perfect time. After hitting wreck debris on the interstate on my way to carpool, my PSI started dropping rapidly. Right before it hit zero, I happened upon Holt Tire/Oak Court Auto and pulled in, having no clue what I was walking into. Everyone inside was super friendly and helpful. They assessed the issue and were able to put a new tire on quickly and get me on my way. It was divine intervention! If you are in Memphis and need any tire or auto service, this is the place to go!”

“It was Pricey getting my 2019 Suburban's Transmission remanufactured but the Manager Mr. Wade made my process much easier. He was understanding and they did not charge me to diagnose my vehicle, which my dealership Imediately did when I took it to them first.. The price I was charged was considerably better than what the Dealership wanted to charge. The dealership even suggested I should trade my truck in to them and get a new vehicle from them.. overall my experience with Coleman Taylor was 5 star they were done in a week and gave me a 3 yr warranty. Transmission work is going to be expensive where ever you go, but where you go can nake the difference in how expensive and whether you get a good job done. Coleman Taylor new how to fix my truck and did! Mr Wade is a stand up Christian Guy that treated My wife and I with the utmost respect! I would recommend you have a conversation with Mr. Wade at Coleman Taylor on Stage Rd. In Memphis Tn. if you are having Transmission issues!”

“I live outside Atlanta and was visiting my sister near Memphis. I discovered a radiator leak and called Birch. The owner, John Brandon, was extremely polite and got me in right away. All the employees I met were knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to use a loaner car and continue my visit while they took care of everything that same day. They thoroughly explained the problem and the necessary repairs/replacements needed. I highly recommend this business!”

“I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Bartlett Transmission after experiencing persistent issues with my vehicle not starting and being stuck in park. I was worried it might be a transmission problem, but I wasn't sure. What impressed me most about Bartlett Transmission was their complete honesty and integrity. After running diagnostics, they could have easily tried to sell me services or repairs I didn't need. Instead, they were upfront with me - they determined the issue was electrical in nature and outside their area of expertise. Rather than attempt repairs they weren't confident about, they recommended I take it to a shop better equipped to handle the problem. And here's the kicker - they didn't charge me a dime for the diagnostic work. In today's world, that level of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. Bartlett Transmission could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but they chose to do right by me instead. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the help I needed, even if it meant sending me elsewhere. If you need transmission work done, I would absolutely trust Bartlett Transmission based on this experience. Their honesty and willingness to admit when something is outside their wheelhouse speaks volumes about their character and business ethics. Highly recommend - and I'm grateful for their integrity during a stressful situation.”

“Had an emergency need late Friday and Marlin graciously help diagnose the problem while provided wisdom and guidance of what needed to be replaced. He stopped what he was doing and took my car on a test drive to troubleshoot. Offered his opinion which confirmed the issue and told me what needed to be replaced first. He told me the most important area to fix first then helped me locate the parts to fix it myself.”

“There are absolutely no words to express how great the team is at this shop! I was passing through on my way to Vegas from Sevierville and lost my transmission. I was able to locate one at a Ford dealer but their shop schedule was full so they didn’t have time until next week to perform the install.Ford recommended Millington Transmissions for the install. I gave them a call and the owner was more than accommodating to the extent that he was willing to stay late to ensure the job got completed the same day. This was a BIG JOB with an 11.5hr install time and I wasn’t able to get the replacement transmission to them until 3pm! Thank you Byrd for making this happen, service like this is rare to find these days. To anyone reading this, If you’re looking for a reliable and honest shop in W TN you have got to give these guys a shot.”
