“I drove from Birmingham Alabama to purchase a Honda with very low miles. The correspondence prior to the purchase was great. The staff were also friendly in person. Tyler was my salesperson. One of the tailpipe covers was missing off the car and Tyler told me he would reimburse me after I purchased them, just send him the receipt of purchase and my address, in which I did. No more communication. He never sent the check and never responded back when I texted him and asked, “did you ever mail the check?” He never answered. He could have just said he wasn’t going to do it, just like he did when I asked if CARWAY offered a complimentary fill up after purchase. Otherwise the buying process was smooth. I had my financing already set through Navy Federal and check in hand. I just hate a liar ?.
Update to previous review. 12/04/2025
Well….Tyler did reach out to me and explained that things just fell through the cracks regarding my reimbursement. So he did honor his word and sent me a check overnight. I received it the next day after we communicated. He was very apologetic and made good on his promise after all. I would like to add that I am enjoying the Honda that I purchased and have had no problems with it thus far. I would definitely take the drive again for another purchase if the need arises. Thanks CARWAY AUTOMOTIVE I am one satisfied customer.

“If you are looking for a great place to get a car from this is it hands down! I was helped by Kevin who is amazing let me add! So at first I have gotten a Cadillac from them, it wasn't the greatest but it was in my budget and it was decent. After a couple weeks of having the Cadillac I noticed a lot of leaks took it in and had a diagnostic ran on it and found out the repairs cost more than what the car was worth. So I went back to the dealership so the paperwork from the diagnostic explained everything and do you know they accepted that car back and let me choose another Cadillac same make and model a year difference with no extra money out of my pocket just an even swap. This place is A1! The staff is great, very helpful, very mindful of people's everyday! Pop's is the decision maker and let me just tell you he is the ISH too!
