“I was traveling from Lebanon TN to Baxter TN with my elderly parents and sister and had a blow out on Interstate 40. We had no idea who to call since we were 45 minutes from home. We googled and found Stewart and Sons 4 miles away from us. He came out, needed a tool to drop my spare down so returned to his shop, got the tool and returned to change the tire and got us on our way! THANK YOU doesn’t say enough!!!!! He explained what was going on, and when we hit a wall stalling the repairs he was able to come up with a solution. “This isn't a radiator repair review, this is about the people at Cookeville Radiator. I've taken radiators there for repair, but yesterday as I was coming home pulling my round baler. One of the wheel bearings went out on the hay baler. I needed somewhere to leave it until I got repair parts. When I called, they said, of course I could. When I got there they brought out a jack, blocks, impact wrench, everything I needed and didn't have. The roller was where I left it this morning, I replaced the bearings, and pulled the roller home. This is service above and beyond the call. If you have radiator issues, there people will treat you right. Thank you again, COOKEVILLE RADIATOR SERVICE!!”

“I don't care about the ancient bad reviews. My experience was amazing. I was on a trip back down to Florida from Wisconsin when my brakes got a massive leak in the middle of nowhere. Limped to cookesville where firestone rejected me. Mon n pop shop number 1 was willing to fit me in later but called Dunns who said they could see me right away. So thankful to them! Nothing but positive from me!”

“I brought my 2011 Honda Element to South Willow Auto Clinic to have them install new headlight assemblies that had oxidized horribly. I brought them the OEM parts to use, but the bracket on one assembly was broken.
I tried reaching out to the online parts dealer to get a replacement sent overnight, but they couldn’t get it to me that quick. Since the car’s bumper had been removed for the install, I didn’t want to have the bumper re-installed a second time.
I called the local Honda dealership to get the OEM part, but they couldn’t promise it to me for 3 to 4 days. Stacy @ South Willow Auto Clinic called the dealership on my behalf, and got them to get it the very next day.
While the dealer’s price was more than I paid online, being able to get the part so quickly avoided me having to have the bumper removed/replaced a second time. Stacy also charged me the same amount for the dealer’s part. He was truly a life-saver.
I am so pleased with the remarkable customer service and help provided by Stacy. I will definitely bring my vehicles to South Willow Auto Clinic in the future. I highly recommend them.”

“I have a 2008 F350 diesel that needed significant repairs. I am very grateful for the service Jake, my mechanic and the rest of the staff offered. It was about a $4000 repair job and we were about to travel with the truck and RV to Florida, we made it as far as Knoxville after the repairs and the truck acted the same way as it did before the repairs. I called DAS/Colonial and explain the situation. As soon as Jake was available, he personally drove to where we were stranded and assessed the situation, brought his tools, spare parts and discovered the issue. We were back on the road and have not had any issue. Thank you Jake for taking the time to go the extra mile or in this case, the 80 miles to ensure our vehicle was properly fixed! A sidenote… I offered to pay for his troubles, and he refused… I would recommend him as a mechanic!”
