“These guys are amazing! I got a flat tire in Shelbyville at 10:45pm and was hopeless until I stumbled upon these guys and Dillan was there within 15min to help. He was super nice and professional! He got the job done as fast as he could and went the extra mile and aired up all tires! We were also heading the same direction and he was kind enough to follow for a min to ensure everything was in working order and wouldn’t need more assistance! I would recommend them to anyone!”
“Had an emergency thermostat went out and the engine was overheating. The dealership told me to come back in a week. These guys got me in the same day and they took care of it within a few hours. Everyone was very nice. They even gave me a ride to my house after I dropped off the car. The office manager Tiffany was very sweet, and helpful explaining everything to me. I will be bringing my car here in the future if I ever have any issues.”
“I was due an oil change and the day before my check engine light came on and I informed Cassidy of my situation.
She took the initiative to request that I get the code from an auto parts store. I gave her the code and she ordered the suspected sensor.
While performing the oil change C.A.R decided to clean the sensor and clear the code.
The next day the light came back on and I was scheduled to go out of town. She assured me that there was no harm in driving the car and scheduled to replace it upon returning. To my surprise, while on my trip the light went off and stayed off. Cassidy said they would keep the part in case it came back on. Customer service at its best!”

“Took my 2015 Taurus to Wayne for a water pump replacement. He had it fixed and ready to go within 3 days. After getting the car back, I noticed something wasn’t right. The check engine light came on. After notifying and explaining to Wayne, he said bring it back. He ran the code, fixed the issue and I picked it up. The check engine light came on again after I picked it up for the second time. I notified Wayne, he said bring it back. He went over the entire process of the timing chain again with a fine tooth comb to find the issue. I now have my car back to 100% and couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service he gave me!! I will definitely be going back for maintenance and any other issues with my vehicles!!
