“I had to come on here and give a HUGE shoutout to Jaelyn at AT&T because WOW… customer service like this is rare these days.
From the second I walked in, Jaelyn made the entire experience feel easy, smooth, and honestly… enjoyable (which is saying a lot when you’re dealing with phone stuff 😅). She was patient, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or confused.
What really stood out though? The ENERGY. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that I left feeling confident with my decisions.
If you’re going to AT&T, ask for Jaelyn. Seriously. She’s the standard.

“This is best I've been to but it's cricket and last two not very helpful. I have my pin yet when I try customer service they say not right pin. Can't talk to customer service Never had that problem with other. I'm 70 should get $30 a month unlimited to plan. Store person nice”
“Run don’t walk. They are the best. I’ve used them twice in the last year. Once to replace a laptop battery and then to help reboot a stuck desktop. They are very professional and friendly. In addition they are FAST and their prices are extremely reasonable. Thank you!”
“Best wireless service for the money. Your bill is always the same month in month out. Understanding and helpfull staff. Here is a hint when you go there, ask for the ACP program and see if you qualify. If you do qualify the program will pay $30 dollors off your bill but you have to ask ;)”

“Yeah, I came in there hoping to get a solid deal, but with my luck these past few weeks I thought I wouldn’t. I was offered an iPhone 11 n I took it, turns out the SIM card carrier was missing n eSIM was my only option, turns out the phone didnt work in eSIM, the employee Nora, who’s was really helpful n patient with me had to stay overtime cause of me but she stay true to her word on helping me a phone out that same day, if my luck wasnt so distorted, i would’ve ask Nora out for drinks”
