“Went to this store because it was recommended for phone repairs and it did not disappoint. The repair was for the charging port and they repaired it really fast. Hakeem was super helpful. As soon as I walked in he greeted me asked what the problem was and got to work immediately. I highly recommend this place. It will not disappoint!”

“Best wireless service for the money. Your bill is always the same month in month out. Understanding and helpfull staff. Here is a hint when you go there, ask for the ACP program and see if you qualify. If you do qualify the program will pay $30 dollors off your bill but you have to ask ;)”

“Im not tech savvy at all, didnt even plan on going in cricket or trying them. Went in on a whim, and Amad gave the best customer service Ive ever had in my life. Any store. He wasnt pushy, at all either. Considering Id just left boost mobile a few blocks away, that guy at boost that kind of looks like a tall Steve urkel, was rude, ignorant pertaining to his job, and I had to leave. In Cricket, Amad answered all my questions, bent over backwards to help, and I left with better than I'd came in desiring, and payed much less. Service is great, support is great, If I could give that guy Amad a 50 out of 5 I would. Lastly, get this....I even tried to tip the man, for going out of his way to make me feel valued...on top of having and catering to two or three other customers by himself...Corporate; Id keep my eye on this guy if I were you. Guy's got board of directors written all over him. Top prospect if I ever seen one. Thank ya so much Amad. God bless you.”

“Took my boss’s computer their for them to run diagnostics. Was only there a couple of hours and they fixed the issue with no extra charge! Both gentleman working there were very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back in the future!”

“SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE at this AT&T store yesterday!!! Went in desperately needing a new phone and Jeremy walked me through every step of the process. From choosing the right iPhone for me, to getting it set up and everything transferred over before leaving the store. (Note: I did do my hw and backup my phone before walking in. This point is essential & I know not everyone does it.) Other person I interacted with who worked there was very kind as well. Thank you AT&T for a really great experience!! “I love Walmart it's a good store I just wished they all was still opened 24/7. The staff is Always chipper no matter the time of day. Always keep the line's moving. The customer service guys have a hard time with some of the issues that the customer has. The check out lines are sometimes long so you make lemonade out of lemons make a new friend on line.”
