“People could be nicer. I had a bunch of groceries that were rung up and bagged. Some of the bags were heavy and instead of helping me put some if the bags in the buggy, they turned around and started chatting with the girl at the next register over. One was the third key manager. I am a manager and would never turn away from a customer if they were still at the register.”

“I'm so glad my nephew and I stopped in for breakfast at Corner Market the other morning. The food was wonderful, the service was fast, and friendly. I had a breakfast meal for $5.99 which included 2 eggs (over well, and perfectly cooked), bacon, gravy and a biscuit. It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time!”
“Food City is hard to beat for consistency and quality. Some items are more pricey than elsewhere but I try to stick to the sales and the store brands. Friday, Saturday only sales are usually very good compared to typical grocery prices these days.”
“The Dollar General on Georgetown road, the staff is wonderful they would do anything to help you they're very friendly and you actually get to know them. If you were seeing this dollar general before the new manager took up for it was horrible I would have had it being that girl walking in and taking over that store it was so just messed up! They do try very hard to keep it clean and the parking lot's always clean I mean it is a really clean Dollar General and I appreciate that. My only problem is and it's just not that Dollar General it's all of them here in Cleveland and it's actually the company itself they run ads you know sell ads and stuff but then none of the Dollar generals have that product and you know stock when you go to get it that week That's very aggravating also every time I go to one and I mean all of them here in Cleveland it shows one price but when you go and pay for it it's actually more and that's very frustrating because sometimes people are budgeted and they are walking there so like $10 and they think that's what they're spending and it comes out to be four or $5 more that's a problem. that yes I love my Dollar General up here and the girls are fabulous it's the company their self that's not that I'm happy with. Thank you girls!”

“This lil Mom n Pop Pizza /Deli Style Market Store has the absolute BEST folks running it by far & with Gary's awesome personality, smile and hospitality he surly makes anyone feel welcomed and wanted there no matter what kinda day dude has, he always has a smile on his face . Makes you feel welcomed as soon as you put 1 foot in that door. They have everything from Cigarettes, Alcohol, Hot Made Pizzas, Boiled PeaNuts, Game Machines to play, also they have a plethora of Delta 8/9 products , ranging from gummies, pens, candy, chocolates, and more. Also, they have so many different utensils to choose from for all your smoking needs, so many different groovy products such as glass bongs, pipes, rellos, lighters, cool torches, adapters for other smoking products, other smoking pipes, also they have a pool table and sitting area, bathroom, and everything else you could want and need. This store has been open several times over the past decade and no one has been able to get it and keep it open and in business but, I don't see Gary and his lovely family having not one bit of trouble keeping the doors open!!! My favorite lil corner market to visit, daily! If they don't have what you need or looking for they will make sure they take the time to listen to you and order " if possible" what it is your seeking!! I actually drive 7 miles out of my way just to frequent this store instead of going just 1 mile from my home to another store... That's how awesome these folk are y'all! Go try it out, they have (EVERYTHING) you need and more. I must add, their beautiful personalities from the whole family makes it all worth the drive. ????”

“They are wayyy nicer than the store across the street that will literally not let you use the restroom to even wash your hands until you have paid them something. Wouldn't even let me wash the gas off my hands before paying.”
“Samantha in the Autocare center was closing up her section and was so very kind and patient to help me find and unlock the tools I needed to buy and took her time explaining everything about the warranty and tools!
Raven in the returns center also helped me out return something and was very kinds!”

“The short stop is a very cool little store, they have everything that you need! They have a deli with the best cheeseburgers in the whole entire world. They have live bait, for example minnows, worms, and crickets. They also have beverages including coffee and fountain drinks, with all the cokes or pepsis you could ever want!!! It is like a mini market they have all kinds of things that are essential for being on the river or in a tent. Visit this store!!!”

“I have been going to the Dollar General in Athens for about 2 months now. Every time I go in there the young guy follows me around the store. I guess he thinks I am stealing. Or he wants a date !!!! I have kids older than he is. I am probably good 40 years older than him. But I wonder what this boy would do if he actually did see someone stealing? He can’t put his hands on a customer, and he only weighs 150 lbs . I don’t think Athens City is going to come tires smoking or guns blazing over dollar store merchandise. I wonder if he has thought bout that? A store wrongly accuses a customer of Theft, that’s one heck of a liability. And it’s so annoying getting followed, every time I turn the corner, he’s there. Not very good at being a loss prevention dude. Those cats at Walmart could teach him a few things. They r the pros”
“I stopped in at this particular store for the first time today. First, a big Thank You to all employees working to serve us in this pandemic. I had to leave before I could make a purchase, but must say wow! I've never seen a Dollar General Store so well organized and so clean! Shopping aisles were clear of clutter, which makes it safer and more convenient for shoppers. I'm in the area often and plan to stop in when I'm in Graysville. I give them five stars across the board.☺”
“Really neat little country store with all kinds of surprises. They have Krispy krunchy fried Chicken which is superb. They sell Hunt Brothers Pizza, made fresh. And the best hidden gem, is a fried fish fillet sandwich. It's a full fish fillet. I think it's probably cod. But it's the best darn fish sandwich you'll get for $2.59, ever.”
