“Shell was excellent as always at this location. The staff is always friendly and willing to go out of their way if needed. I must say this place is unbelievably clean, stocked, and functional no matter what time of day it is. I found excellent deals once again using my Fast Rewards membership, including saving $.50 a gallon on the ten gallons of gasoline I purchased. This particular Shell Station is number one in the area to me. I've shopped all of them over the years many, many times. I look forward to and remember for a long time my visits here. All of you are special folks and I want you to know you are greatly appreciated for the hard work you do. Thank you. God bless.”

“We love close and are in here often, everyone is always very nice and they're especially good at not letting the struggles of life come out at customers, quite rare these days. Plus my wife adores the blueberry coffee!
Not to mention the rewards program has gotten us a gal of gas for 2.79 when the prices were 3.25ish so it can work very well along with straight cash value rewards as well as drinks and other stuff.”

“I bought a geek bar last night and opened it this morning to find out it had no flavor. I never got a receipt so I was worried I wouldn’t get a replacement or my money back. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me to come and pick a new place me or my money back. I tried another one but it had no flavor either so she let me have my money back. I’m a frequent buyer at Baxter Shell, especially vapes. I hate that the vapes had no flavor but I’m grateful I got my money back. Thank you!!!”

“I really like this store. It has everything you need. The employees are super nice and the owner will special order products for you if needed. I'm out of the country for long periods of time, so I need several cartons of cigarettes. All I do is give the owner my order and a date and he has it ready for me everytime without fail. Their hot food at lunch and pizzas are really good, hot and fresh. I do recommend them if you're passing through Gainesboro Tn.”
