“Shell was excellent as always at this location. The staff is always friendly and willing to go out of their way if needed. I must say this place is unbelievably clean, stocked, and functional no matter what time of day it is. I found excellent deals once again using my Fast Rewards membership, including saving $.50 a gallon on the ten gallons of gasoline I purchased. This particular Shell Station is number one in the area to me. I've shopped all of them over the years many, many times. I look forward to and remember for a long time my visits here. All of you are special folks and I want you to know you are greatly appreciated for the hard work you do. Thank you. God bless.”
“Stopped by to use the ATM and bathroom. Bathroom was clean! Ended up getting some chicken biscuits and drinks. The customer service here is outstanding. “We love close and are in here often, everyone is always very nice and they're especially good at not letting the struggles of life come out at customers, quite rare these days. Plus my wife adores the blueberry coffee!
Not to mention the rewards program has gotten us a gal of gas for 2.79 when the prices were 3.25ish so it can work very well along with straight cash value rewards as well as drinks and other stuff.”
“Has paved parking lot and that's a plus for me so you don't have rough areas or mud puddles to walk through or driving your car. I really like the gas mileage in my car when I get gas here, it seems to go longer in the mileage. Also pretty good place to eat”

“I regularly travel in/outside of Cookeville for business and interact with alot of people.I have to re-fuel almost daily.The cashier guy that works the night shift here (7-10pm ish)... he's the most consistently and genuinely respectful person that I've come across in my daily travels.You will continue to have me as a regular customer, so long as you have this man working here.?”
“Consistently has the lowest gas prices in town! I also love that the receipts are very small. The don't print an entire tree asking you to take a survey or some BS like a lot of other places do. The inside isn't that fancy. Just your average grungy convince store. And even when the store is closed, the gas pumps are open 24/7! Speed Mart is just a really practical gas station, and I like supporting local business.”
