“Fixed a vehicle for my daughter that had been in a rear end wreck. Took 4 weeks to repair but that was understandable considering had to wait for parts to be delivered, and such, so no big deal. Would recommend this collision repair shop for any of your repairs. They are very nice, keep you informed of the process, upfront with price of repairs and estimates. Overall easy process. Especially Josh who was very professional and helpful each time I spoke with him on the phone. When we picked up the vehicle it was very clean inside and out. Everything was repaired perfectly.”

“We were coming home from Georgia on our way to back to PA and near Erwin we had an overheating issue. Our coach was towed their and as soon as it arrived, they inspected to determine the issue. It was the water pump. They worked well with our Extended Warranty Company. Frankly I haven't come across a more hardworking and trustworthy company. They really do care about the customer. I was saying to my wife that it would be so nice if we were closer. It's 9 hours away in the coach. She responded maybe we can have our vacations go through Bristol”

“Staff was great and very helpful. I'm very disappointed I'm advance as a company. Store was very cold, the staff had heaters setup trying to stay warm and had multiple layers on to stay warm. You should be ashamed of yourselves Advance and apparently they hadn't had it for 9 weeks because they were waiting on parts to fix it. Fix the heat Advance people shouldn't have to work like that.”
