“I love the Everly so much!! The clubhouse is so nice, and I can’t help but sit in the back and eat lunch sometimes. The community is so cute— it looks like a neighborhood more than an apartment complex. And I’m so excited for it to get warm out so that I can use the pool!!”

“No apartment is perfect. You will always have some noise here and there etc. but I love ours over all so much. Low on maintenance workers so does take some time sometimes. I feel bad for our current ones doing everything. We have the two bed it’s huge bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms. It is a garden style apartment complex so you do have walk stairs if on upper floors, but if you don’t care I really would recommend checking out Greenhaven. Club house is GORGEOUS comes with games pool table tvs etc. huge gym. And nice pool. Right by grocery stores and 5 mins from DT Franklin. I wouldn’t chose any other apartment specially for the things you get and the great price point.”
