“Excellent customer service in helping me pick out the correct earbuds that would stay in my ear. I bought the LiveFree earbuds from Electronic Express on 2/14. They would not stay in my ear, and they refused me a refund. I would not recommend Electronic Express because of very poor customer service. Best Buy in Brentwood has very nice and professional floor personnel.”

“My husband and I stopped in Home Depot yesterday morning looking for carpet for our new house in Orange Beach, AL. We asked for an estimate for carpeting three bedrooms. The Flooring Specialist (Adam Scruggs) gave us a rough estimate for carpet and padding. He was very knowledgeable of the carpet and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase carpet, but when we told him it was for a house in Orange Beach, he said that we would have to work directly with the Home Depot there. He made certain that we had all of the information that we needed to contact the Foley, AL, Home Depot. We are sorry that we could not have purchased the carpet from him. He is a truly excellent employee.”

“Had the below 20 degree washer fluid and other items I was looking for Customer service was great well as the self check out lady who helped me get signed in since I had left my card at home.Only bad experience was the parking for Handicap was icy all the other spots where pretty good I put my cain down to get up it slipped on the icy spit but did not fall to the ground.in their defense it was very cold and hardly anything was melting the ice .”
