“The inclement weather delayed things for myself and rent a center but word is bond and they honored their word. Ms. Quannie and Mr. Jamal received at least 20 calls from me and didn’t get frustrated with me at any time. I’m very appreciative of that because I know how exhausting that can be. Also, the delivery guys were very chill and made conversation; in which, made the delivery seamless. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience has been great as a first time customer who moved here from Mississippi. I will definitely continue to do on time business here. Get in where ya fit in!! “Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”

“I special ordered some deck boards. I made the mistake and ordered 16 foot lengths thinking this would save my labor time. I had a 12 foot trailer and tried to use a pallet to prop the back up. They were too flimsy. I am not paying $80 to get them delivered. It took a little time but Richard delivered them on a 20 foot flatbed and unloaded them exactly where I wanted. After all the pain in the butt this solution worked out well. I appreciate the perseverance of the Home Depot Folks in making this happen. I get that it is a big box store but they did go above and beyond and always had professionalism and courtesy and helping me.”

“Every plant under the sun except Eucalyptus, which I happen to be looking for. They ward off spiders, so I was trying to get them because there is a rich history of Spiders vs Composers (as they famously took the life of Berg) that I want to avoid. There's even a type of song called a Tarantella where you play it after someone gets a spider bite so they frantically dance around so the venum will come out”

“This 5 Star review is for a Customer Service Rep named Amber. She handled my issue involving a lawn mower that was delivered in front of my garage (blocking the car inside) and then it would not start. After a number of conversations and trips to the store regarding the possibility of repair or removal (in a timely manner), the problem was finally solved by Amber who advised me that there had been issues with new mowers delivered with dead batteries. Amber suggested that I try jumping the battery which immediately solved the problem which prevented me from buying from another dealer. Amber was patient and professional with me throughout my frustration with the incident. Thanks Amber! You are Appreciated.”
