“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”

There have been a few times my payment didn't go through, which was my fault, but they didn't bug me. “Every plant under the sun except Eucalyptus, which I happen to be looking for. They ward off spiders, so I was trying to get them because there is a rich history of Spiders vs Composers (as they famously took the life of Berg) that I want to avoid. There's even a type of song called a Tarantella where you play it after someone gets a spider bite so they frantically dance around so the venum will come out”

“I special ordered some deck boards. I made the mistake and ordered 16 foot lengths thinking this would save my labor time. I had a 12 foot trailer and tried to use a pallet to prop the back up. They were too flimsy. I am not paying $80 to get them delivered. It took a little time but Richard delivered them on a 20 foot flatbed and unloaded them exactly where I wanted. After all the pain in the butt this solution worked out well. I appreciate the perseverance of the Home Depot Folks in making this happen. I get that it is a big box store but they did go above and beyond and always had professionalism and courtesy and helping me.”

I wish they had more variety in the garden center, but we do live in Tennessee and it seems the only place you can find good variety would be local landscaping/garden centers. I do appreciate when they do have good variety and species at a good prices. The economy is nuts right now so it's hard to even know if we get a deal anymore when it happens.”

“It's Best Buy. Service is good. They, or someone else on shift can typically run down the rabbit hole with you for your favorite device/or hobby that you (Me!) Know way too much about it. Competitive prices, usually. The Geek Squad protection plan keeps me coming back. No questions asked, you're within the timeframe and it doesn't look like it was in a blender; Approved. Replacement on the spot. That's what you're paying for.”

“Kevin in the Pro Dept is amazing and in my opinion, he is stellar! Went to 5 other Home Depot's and looking for a certain Dewalt tool that each store claimed they had. Not one employee would give me any more than 5 minutes of their time, nor would they look for it. Got to the Madison HDepot and met Kevin. He called around to the other stores, tracked one down, had it shipped to my house via UPS. Took him a few days, but he found it. Not only did he do that work, but he followed up with me afterwards. Amazing customer service!”
