“The inclement weather delayed things for myself and rent a center but word is bond and they honored their word. Ms. Quannie and Mr. Jamal received at least 20 calls from me and didn’t get frustrated with me at any time. I’m very appreciative of that because I know how exhausting that can be. Also, the delivery guys were very chill and made conversation; in which, made the delivery seamless. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience has been great as a first time customer who moved here from Mississippi. I will definitely continue to do on time business here. Get in where ya fit in!! “Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”

“Once again, Dee Dee is the star of this store! She is professional, knowledgeable and prompt. This store gets a ton of business, and if it wasn't for her running the front, side, and daily ins, and outs, she should be the store manager.”
“I needed a one-way valve, usually called a “check valve“. And I was quite sure if I had the right idea about installing it. I was greeted very quickly when I came into the store, and after describing the problem I was having and letting the clerk know that I had Photos with a tape measure to get the size is right, he was extremely helpful and suggesting two different options for installing the check valve that I needed. I had previously gone to one of the big home improvement stores, and I had to work hard to find somebody to help me there. His advice was OK, but they just didn’t have the selection of parts that I needed to get the one I wanted. Of course, Ferguson is the kind of store where they have a lot of items and can get even more, but they’re also used to dealing with professionals. So, just like auto supply stores. It’s a good idea to at least do a little bit of homework in advance to try to describe what you need. In my case, I had the old part that was broken and I had photos showing the existing installation. Once I got home with the new check valve and a couple other items I had the problem solved in about 30 minutes. I was really happy with the way they worked to understand my issue and my additional concerns, and then the options they gave me for making it right and providing a little bit of extra advice along with that.

Purchase was completed with no hidden fees or charges. Delivery was on time as scheduled, installation and haul-away were seamless. Delivery guys were great!”
“It's a basic home depot. I wish they had more variety in the garden center, but we do live in Tennessee and it seems the only place you can find good variety would be local landscaping/garden centers. I do appreciate when they do have good variety and species at a good prices. The economy is nuts right now so it's hard to even know if we get a deal anymore when it happens.”
“Every plant under the sun except Eucalyptus, which I happen to be looking for. They ward off spiders, so I was trying to get them because there is a rich history of Spiders vs Composers (as they famously took the life of Berg) that I want to avoid. There's even a type of song called a Tarantella where you play it after someone gets a spider bite so they frantically dance around so the venum will come out”
“I special ordered some deck boards. I made the mistake and ordered 16 foot lengths thinking this would save my labor time. I had a 12 foot trailer and tried to use a pallet to prop the back up. They were too flimsy. I am not paying $80 to get them delivered. It took a little time but Richard delivered them on a 20 foot flatbed and unloaded them exactly where I wanted. After all the pain in the butt this solution worked out well. I appreciate the perseverance of the Home Depot Folks in making this happen. I get that it is a big box store but they did go above and beyond and always had professionalism and courtesy and helping me.”

“This 5 Star review is for a Customer Service Rep named Amber. She handled my issue involving a lawn mower that was delivered in front of my garage (blocking the car inside) and then it would not start. After a number of conversations and trips to the store regarding the possibility of repair or removal (in a timely manner), the problem was finally solved by Amber who advised me that there had been issues with new mowers delivered with dead batteries. Amber suggested that I try jumping the battery which immediately solved the problem which prevented me from buying from another dealer. Amber was patient and professional with me throughout my frustration with the incident. Thanks Amber! You are Appreciated.”

“My daughter is renovating her kitchen. We went to Fergusons this afternoon to look at ranges, sinks and refrigerators. We were so lucky to be introduced to Hamid Mosadeghzad a showroom consultant. Hamid was AWESOME! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the options. He explained the pros and cons about every option. He knew everything about each product. Please go to Ferguson in Nashville if you are building or renovating and ask for Hamid. He won’t disappoint you.
