Brian got me an awesome new phone (by far the nicest phone I have ever had) and got everything transferred over very efficiently. “I have no idea why this store is rated so low especially after the remodel and it's being one of the last remaining tech stores in the area where you can physically go and get help apart from Apple. I went there yesterday and received outstanding customer service from the Geek Squad team without the need of an appointment or hanging in one of the many tech helplines for hours. Guys, thanks, what you recommended worked, was a cost effective solution and I got my old data back :-).”
“Premium gas having an issue and is slow. At times there are computer issues ..but none of this is the fault of the employees there. Most work hard and try their best. Only thing that would make it better across the board would be to never have to deal with short staffing issues or technology. ?”

“We were pleased with the Magnolia group when we upgraded our home theatre system and our house-wide sound system. However, the service we received today was truly exceptional. Eighteen months after the system was installed, I called to schedule a service to correct problems resulting from a storm-related power outage. After describing the problem to the man who took my call, he realized that Daniel, our original salesperson, was in the store.
