“I had a great experience here this morning! My tire pressure light has been coming on every morning for the last several days. On my way into work this morning, I swung by the shop to have them check out my tire. They got me in quickly, and Will and Eric were so kind and helpful! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my car needs moving forward!”
“I had a, dare I say, inspiring experience at this Discount Tire this morning. I was greeted at my car within moments of arriving. A second staff member then ran out to make see if he could help. I was taken in to main office, shown my treads status, and then my tire was repaired and patched within 10 minutes. What's more, the entire visit was free! While there, I observed a positive hustle and even enthusiasm by all staff I saw. I literally saw staff jogging tires to different cars to maximize the morning's work. Not only was the service top-notch, but the place reminded me of what a customer-service oriented, positive culture can feel like at a workplace. I will be returning!”
“We hit something on the Interstate and damaged a front tire. Stopped in Firestone and dealt with Jonathon and Jacob. Both men were extremely helpful. Had a tire replaced and on the road again within 30 minutes. This was on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. Excellent service!!”
“I can't speak highly enough about the service excellence we received from Justin and Bryce! We went there at 3:30pm with a nail AND a screw in a tire that was losing air. They didn't have the tire we wanted in stock, but they got it from a store across town, transported it, and installed it on the vehicle all before closing at 6pm. On top of that, Justin especially was so kind and welcoming to my young kids in a way that made it a special, memorable experience. THANK YOU!!”
“Tim runs a great store. Everyone seems to have a very good attitude.
Cayce is an excellent service advisor. He is a professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He recommends only the services needed and you don’t feel they are upselling you.”
“I received help from Trey & Keisha today and not only were they fast and friendly but they were thorough and took the time to go over everything with me to explain what the problem was and how to fix it. Will be back in the future.”
“The people working here appear to be really happy working at Costco. The service is top notch. I just had a tire repair done this evening. I thought I was late but Aiden took care of me right away so I did not have to lose time at work tomorrow. The prices here are always very competitive and I have peace of mind shopping here.”
“I had a rare emergency experience yesterday with two flat tires.

“I have been trusting Moody's with my vintage car for 12 years now. They have the care and knowledge to take care of my 1986 Chrysler convertible and always do a great job. Don't trust it to anyone else!!”
