“We hit something on the Interstate and damaged a front tire. Stopped in Firestone and dealt with Jonathon and Jacob. Both men were extremely helpful. Had a tire replaced and on the road again within 30 minutes. This was on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. Excellent service!!”

“I had a, dare I say, inspiring experience at this Discount Tire this morning. I was greeted at my car within moments of arriving. A second staff member then ran out to make see if he could help. I was taken in to main office, shown my treads status, and then my tire was repaired and patched within 10 minutes. What's more, the entire visit was free! While there, I observed a positive hustle and even enthusiasm by all staff I saw. I literally saw staff jogging tires to different cars to maximize the morning's work. Not only was the service top-notch, but the place reminded me of what a customer-service oriented, positive culture can feel like at a workplace. I will be returning!”

“Tyler and Sean have done a superb job with my tires and I can not speak highly enough about their service. The pricing is fair, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I stopped by with no appointment and was able to get four new tires on my wife's car in short order.
During check in I mentioned the alignment might be a bit more off than usual due to teaching my 15 year old daughter to drive. After the tires were completed, Sean proceeded to give me information about my brakes and any other safety portions of the car. He spent extra time making sure it was safe for my daughter learning and did not try to sell anything. Sean was not a salesman, just a man who wanted me to feel good about the cars safety.
I brought my car in the next week to get tires and experienced the same fair pricing and quality service. I will be using this location for more than just tires and can 100% speak to the integrity and quality of service provided by Tyler and Sean.”
