“Finally! I have found a repair shop that I can trust! Not only did they find and repair the issue that took me there, but at my request they checked my 12-year-old car for any needed updates. I knew there would be quite a few things needing attention, but what really impressed me was that they were willing to tell me what was immediately needing attention, as well as things that would need to be done in the future. There was no pressure and a full explanation of what was done now and what would need to be done eventually and why it could wait. This auto shop is not convenient to me, but well worth the time, effort and the mileage to get there!!”

“We recently did business with Hargrove for the fourth time. The first two were fleet repairs where cost nor quality were my concern. The third time they did a great job for a reasonable price. This fourth time, they worked with me to take delivery of an eBay part, installed that part and did it for a fraction of the cost of a traditional repair. I hope we don't need their services again but there's no other body shop in Nashville for me.”
