“The banking products here leave a lot to be desired and improved upon- they are a large bank that is in no way competitive in terms of savings rate or value but for this specific location the staff are friendly and show they appreciate you. I would not recommend this as a bank but if you do have an account with them, would recommend this branches staff and service.”

As a business owner myself, protecting my money is something I can appreciate. Spent about an hour there getting all the phone calls and proper authorizations pushed through. “Three ATMs help with you rarely having to wait. Last time I was there, I saw a sign that drove through was replaced by an ATM like device; I but use it, so I cannot evaluate how good it is.The bank is well localized and very easy to see from the road. It also has a large parking lot, if you want to walk into the building to talk to a person”
“My bank person was Madison and she went well beyond for me has a new customer. She made me feel like I was number one when setting up my account. Time had past by and I had an issue with my account and app was locked due to changing phone numbers and phone. I tried for weeks to get it fixed at a branch and online, and it seemed like no one really cared to fix my issue. Madison was no longer at the branch and she transferred to the branch in Franklin to become the bank manager. I called her branch and she had me up an running in a few hours. I know that bank has 100’s of customer but she put me first and I felt like an MVP. Thank you Madison for a great customer experience.”
“I had a specific goal to achieve as far as an equity line of credit. I had dealt with at least 12 lenders of all types to see who could help me best. Everyone had their own way of assisting me according to their best outcome but not mine. They all agreed on one thing I was wasting my time in the current financial situation and that nobody would be able to help me. I then came in contact with Theresa with United Community Bank she scheduled an appointment to look at my situation and we soon got together. I explained my needs and goals as she listened actually understood to see if there was an avenue with her bank to achieve my goal. After more than a few conversations we finally agreed there was a way for them to assist me I obtained all the information she required and answered all the concerns she had she answered mine as well. She then submitted everything to get the approval. A few days later she contacted me with the news I was hoping for she confirmed the account and set a closing appointment. Everything went fast, smooth and easy not only that but they bettered the rate offered by the competition by 2 to 3 points. I highly recommend considering Theresa and United Community Bank for any banking situation you may have. This was the best banking experiences I have had in many years.”
