“Finally! I have found a repair shop that I can trust! Not only did they find and repair the issue that took me there, but at my request they checked my 12-year-old car for any needed updates. I knew there would be quite a few things needing attention, but what really impressed me was that they were willing to tell me what was immediately needing attention, as well as things that would need to be done in the future. There was no pressure and a full explanation of what was done now and what would need to be done eventually and why it could wait. This auto shop is not convenient to me, but well worth the time, effort and the mileage to get there!!”
“This place is the place you need to go to if you care about your car. They have the authority to push back on insurance and deny cutting corners. They will have your car back exactly how it was or if not better. They found 2 other small issues that I was able to have fixed while the car was tore down that I never knew about. “Great repair. But hard to schedule the inspection, long wait to get the repair scheduled. And then on the day of, they were unaware that we were scheduled which lead to a prolonged need of a rental car and absence of the car. I did not have that experience in the past. I also had a different scheduling person in the past. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place. This was the first time with that problem.”

“This review is specifically for Tony! He is an ANGEL. My little sister and I brought in her car that had run into a pole five minutes before the shop was set to close. We were thinking that we'd just leave the car there overnight and have it looked at in the morning. But no...Tony came out, regardless of the fact that it was now past closing time, and personally problem solved until we figured out a solution for her to be able to take the car home that night. He then proceeded to do some car wizardry magic and got it in good enough shape to last her so much longer without needing to spend a ton of money on a repair. It is so clear that Tony and Brown's Body Shop truly care about the customer and are not at all in it just for a profit. I was amazed at his level of care and thoughtfulness in providing her with a "make the best of it" solution, rather than pushing a really expensive repair. Tony is a fantastic person!
